Hi. Last week upon returning home I found a 7-8 week old blind, dehydrated, 1lb 2oz kitten. It was below zero out and I was not about to leave her outside. Been to the vet twice and probably the states best pet optomologist (sorry for bad spelling). Apparently her mother

| Lick, lick, lick, lick...bite. | 27 Jan 2006 21:06 GMT | 8 |
My 2 yo coon cat has a tendancy to lick my hand several times and then place his teeth on me as if he were going to bite me. He never leaves a mark, though. Is he just testing me or tasting me? It's kind of funny when he does it. It's like he can't resist the temptation to take a

| My cats and the mole | 27 Jan 2006 14:20 GMT | 8 |
I found a mole (?) running around in the house, and my cats were not really interested in pursuing it and attacking it like they did in the past with mice, bunnies, chipmunks. I had to pick it up and throw it out myself. I wonder if the cats were afraid of it. Isnt it unusual

One of my cats is about 1.5 years and has tremors/ muscle spasms when he sleeps. When I got him he was ~7 weeks old and had been rescued from a railyard. At first I thought it was a kitten thing combined with dreams of the rough time he had in the rail yard. (his

| Significance of tail 'flicker' in tomcat? | 26 Jan 2006 22:40 GMT | 1 |
An intact tomcat holds tail straight up and briefly gives it a 'flickering', ondulating motion, kinda like a candle flame in the wind. Does it mean that he is spraying?

| Caliccivirus | 26 Jan 2006 20:33 GMT | 20 |
I have a 4-year old Maine Coon that I adopted from a cat shelter about a year ago. He was only at the shelter for one week before I adopted him, but he has had one thing after another since bringing him home. Of course, I did take him to the vet the first week I got him and the

| Viva la SpotBot!!! | 26 Jan 2006 00:27 GMT | 14 |
I don't know if anyone else here has mentioned this, but I recently bought a SpotBot, the walk-away carpet spot cleaner, and I LOVE IT! I bought originally because it would be less expensive than replacing the car seat cover in my car if I could get the ink out. Since Kami's
