I have a 5 year old Bengal. For the last year he has been aggressive and attacks my legs, but ONLY when I walk upstairs, I never have problems any other time. if you pick him up and stroke he instantly stops being aggressive, it's my legs he's after!!!

I've recently befriended a stray that has been hanging around my barn. He's gotten very attached to me, following me everywhere. He craves attention. Lately he has begun biting me. I never see it coming. It's not a hard bite...more like a nip. The more he trusts me the more ...

| Encourage scratching on post? | 06 Oct 2005 15:17 GMT | 10 |
I finally got my cats a real scratching post -- Bear (adult) and his sisters has always loved cardboard flat on the ground, so it's never been an issue, but my kitten (Maxx) is a vertical scratching. I'd rather accommodate his needs then try to convince him to do it my way :)

| SH!T !!!!!!!!!!! | 06 Oct 2005 05:28 GMT | 7 |
The little monster got away from me. A cute little orange/white kitty showed up in my yard on Saturday out of the blue, very chatty, begging to eat, and never left my yard again. I can't bring him in because I have a cat separation issue going on inside anyway. So I've fed him,

| Transporting pets from Berkeley to NYC | 06 Oct 2005 03:56 GMT | 6 |
I have a friend with five rabbits and five cats. She was recently informed that her company will be moving from San Francisco to New York City at the end of this year. If she moves, what is the best recommended way to transport her pets? I think it would be too long to drive ...

| Cat fine one minute, vicious the next | 06 Oct 2005 03:47 GMT | 2 |
We've finally finished integrating Chloe into the household. The three cats have established their pecking order, and can co-exist (the boys, Tiger and Louis, retain their strong bond, and they give Chloe a wide berth)..

| Cat show in NYC this weekend | 06 Oct 2005 03:10 GMT | 2 |
I'm torn on the idea of cat shows. I don't like the whole idea of breeding and selling cats when there are so many strays that need a home, and I would never buy a purebreed. But I have to admit that there are some mighty fine looking cats there. Ugly ones also. My

| Would Feliway help? | 06 Oct 2005 02:53 GMT | 1 |
One of the cats at work, Harriet, had had problems with constipation for the past 2+ months and was at the vet/hospitalized 5 times in a 6 week period. Since her last appointment (9/16) she has not been constipated and has been going to the bathroom regularly. I've had her

| Fabreze & Cats | 05 Oct 2005 13:37 GMT | 15 |
Don't know if this issue has been discussed in here or not but after reading reports online that Fabreze may be toxic to pets like to hear comments from fellow cat owners if the use of this product shouldn't be used in cat housewholes or just an online rumor.TIA

| Cod liver oil? | 05 Oct 2005 12:47 GMT | 1 |
Is this okay for cats? Sarrasine bolted with a capsule of it the othr day and after batting it round for a bit ended up with her paws coated in it. She licked it off and seemed to really be enjoying it. I remember a friend of mine used to give her cat cod liver oil capsules
