cat furious with collar12 Sep 2005 01:34 GMT9
I am going to get my 4 month old kitten micro-chipped ASAP but I would
like to try to fit a collar to be safe.
I chose the complete elastic type collor, left 1-2 finger space but the
kitty is aware of it.  It is running around like crazy and trying to
Cat lethargy and steriod shot?12 Sep 2005 00:52 GMT2
About 1.5 years ago, our 10 year old Bombay had been doing some nasty
reverse coughing. The doc said it either a bronchial infection or
asthma, but most likely a bronchial infection, especially after what he
saw on x-rays. She was put on Baytril and I was giving injections for 10 ...
Henry, my brother cat11 Sep 2005 22:51 GMT4
I'm back...I'm sure no one knew I was gone other than me as it's only
been a few days.  I'm in the midwest visiting my mom and she has my old
laptop which worked fine last time I was here but this time the
security certificates had expired on the browser and I downloaded IE5
Cat Health Problems - Long11 Sep 2005 15:12 GMT2
My sister's 9 year old spayed female cat has not been well for nearly 6
months now. She has taken her to the vets several times but they're not
sure what the problem is.
Marley's symptoms are numerous - wobbly hind legs, excessive licking of
Elwood is officially a cat!11 Sep 2005 14:36 GMT3

Bengals: High Maintenance, High Rewards11 Sep 2005 09:53 GMT6
I just felt compelled to write about how much I love our little
Bengal, Louis Scratchmo Armstrong.
He is a handful. He requires a ton of playtime, is neurotic, and has a
howl that would make a siamese tuck its tail in shame. I was down the
Excessive drooling11 Sep 2005 09:49 GMT5
When we got home from work tonight, our 18 month old cat was drooling
excessively, so we took her to the vet right away.
The vet could see nothing in her mouth, or nothing wrong with her teeth, so
he took her temp, which was 40.  He gave her an antibiotic injection for the
Harriet isn't doing well11 Sep 2005 08:29 GMT18
Harriet, a bookstore cat, was in the hospital twice last month for
severe constipation.  She was completely blocked, and received enemas &
fluids both times.  She was put on a prescription diet (Eukanuba Low
Residue canned) and Lactulose 1ml daily.

Little messages from beyond...10 Sep 2005 23:58 GMT9
I might be crazy, but...
Today the place called, and Dmitri's ashes are ready. :(
I'll pick them up tomorrow, and then next week I'm going to sprinkle
them in the wildflower garden and hold a little Buddhist/Feng Shui
Greenies for Cats?10 Sep 2005 19:37 GMT6
I just got this ad in my email because I've purchased from Pet Edge
in the past. A friend with dogs swears by Greenies for dogs for
dental care. Anyone have any input about these new ones for cats?
broken foot10 Sep 2005 18:18 GMT2
I have a kitten that is 6 weeks old. Last week I noticed that his foot looked
funny. He had an ooze scab that wrapped around it by the toes and the pad
looked all smashed. I wasn't too horribly worried about it though because he
was getting around on it just fine and was in really ...
How old?10 Sep 2005 07:17 GMT1
At what age do new born kittens open their eyes?
Thanks for any help anyone can provide,

New Orleans Rescue Groups10 Sep 2005 05:04 GMT4
I found two organizations who are doing the house-to-house rescue of
pets in New Orleans.  I'm sure they need donations.
