Aggressive Cat and Kittens - Part 204 Aug 2005 07:16 GMT17
For those who remember - I was worried about an extremely aggressive 3
yr old cat and introducing 2 kittens to the family.  The aggressive
neutered male is in terror of the kittens now that they are officially
"in the house."  He actually makes bleating meows when faced with them.

it because I am tired of these little fuggers crawling around ...

Holistic medicine?04 Aug 2005 01:43 GMT1
I was surfing the net and interested in holistic medicine. Came across
a product that holistic vets seem to recommend a lot, called Renafood,
by Standard Process. It's for cats with renal disease (my older cat has
early CRF, and I'm trying to find everything I can to help him).
caring for cranky cat04 Aug 2005 01:06 GMT4
My other cat had a huge abscess drained yesterday. I'm going to have to give
him liquid antibiotics 2x per day and clean the tube area with peroxide 2x
per day. I know this cat and none of this will be simple with him (he was a
former street cat ;). What are some good tips for ...

I'm always looking for something the cats might enjoy since they both
(pete and fred) spend the days by themselfs and I finally found
something that really mystifies them and they seem to have hours of fun
playing in it and it's not an over-priced *cat* toy..it's a 8" flexible

I adoped Spot in May from the local humane society.  I/We have no prior
medical history for Spot.  When I adopted Spot and took him for his wellness
check--it was discovered that Spot had very bad teeth--06/22/05 Spot had a
dental and two teeth extracted.  Post surgery Spot did two ...

Ringworm, ringworm, ringworm!03 Aug 2005 16:37 GMT16
It's spread from one foster kitten to another to another, despite the
isolation, hand washing, shirt changing, feet wiping on the wet bleach
towel, etc... now I don't care how they got it I just need to get RID of
it!  These are black kittens (strike one, unfortunately) who aren't 8

I just found another kitten in the yard. I am certain it is a
littermate to the one that turned up Sunday (the one I asked about
possibly being feral).
Anyway. There is an obvious problem with this one. It has a large
Paw Points coupon rip off03 Aug 2005 05:57 GMT6
Has anyone used their coupons from the most recent Paw Points reward

gipped or perhaps scammed is the better word. The cat litter was indeed

Pregnant, or nursing?03 Aug 2005 01:06 GMT1
I have found a stray cat which is either pregnant or nursing.  How can I
tell which?  It's nipples are swollen but it's belly is not pendulous.
