Are cats happy alone?06 Aug 2005 05:06 GMT11
My 1.5 year-old-kitty is now left all alone when her only companion, my
9-year-old doggie was taken to another place for treatment of her terminal
illness.  My kitty, for loneliness or for the joy of being able to grab my
full attention, has been following me everything in the ...
fearful mother-to-be06 Aug 2005 04:52 GMT145
Hello.  I got into this extreme situation trying to save kittens
from being aborted.  A person I know was going to have a near-wild
pregnant cat spayed and aborted, but I persuaded him to give the
cat to me until six weeks after the litter is born, when I will
Cat Diarrhea06 Aug 2005 03:11 GMT4
I have a five year old who has always been a little nervous and had a
sensitive stomach. She throws up more often than any other cat i've had
(about 1-2 times week) and has diarrhea once or twice in a month or two
period. She's otherwise healthy - eats, active, good weight. Vet says ...

how much does your cat pee in a day?05 Aug 2005 23:30 GMT7
Ringo is peeing once a day. It's a good sized pee, but is that enough? He's
drinking, he's eating, he seems fine except for the damn sneezing, but I
can't recall whether he peed more when his person was home, or if he's
stressed and not peeing as much. He does seem to be sleeping ...
How Many Kittens Are There?05 Aug 2005 21:13 GMT1
The "Pregnant or Nursing" cat was nursing.  Kittens are a few weeks old.
The question is, how many kittens are there?  I could only find three.  All
three of them appeared when their mother returned, is it likely that other
kittens might still be hiding?
New cat tree-like structure05 Aug 2005 14:45 GMT20
So, I was at PetsMart getting some food, and I saw a new variety
of cat tree they have. Affordable, so I'm looking at it, put it in
the cart.  LOL  I can't resist these things. It has hanging things
from it. Each one had a bell on it. After 15 mins at home I cut
Cats frustrated that they can't eat toys?05 Aug 2005 11:46 GMT3
So I've been enjoying catsitting and playing with the cat and the "cat
dancer"...one thing has been bothering me, do you suppose cats are kind of
upset that they never really get to eat the moth looking thing on the end
of it, or is it all part of the fun?
thanks for the advice!05 Aug 2005 11:35 GMT2
My cats have been a handful lately.  Some may remember Reggie's eye
problem -- it went away for a while but is back, thankfully we have an
opthamologist in town and when they come back from vacation next week
he'll see Reggie.  So I'm optimistic about that.
Tweaker is the snuggliest05 Aug 2005 06:40 GMT2
He jumps in my lap and puts his paws around my neck and rubs his face
against my cheek.  He smells wonderful.  He has good manners in the
house and never pees or craps except in his box.  He loves my dog and
he is comfortable with travel, visitors, you name it.  He is

I'm not proud...04 Aug 2005 20:00 GMT16
I'll admit...I wanna know who *all* the outers are and it's driving me
crazy that some people seem to *know."  Of course, they could be
guessing like I am and just pretending to know but I'm not convinced of
that...
Cat gets annoyed when you pet it04 Aug 2005 16:52 GMT14
I have a quick question. I adopted a 4 month old kitten back in
November and am very happy with it. The only weird thing is that he
won't let anyone pet him. As soon as you start, he will start to claw
and bite at your hand. He is extremely playful, so I can't tell if he
Bad reaction from vaccination04 Aug 2005 14:57 GMT12
I'm posting this about my sister's cat, Peasy.  Last Thursday my sister took
Peasy to the vet for a regular checkup/shots.  Peasy is an indoor/outdoor
cat so my sister makes sure she gets her vaccinations each year.  My sister
called me up, very upset, about Peasy's behavior ...
Funny little site...04 Aug 2005 09:14 GMT5
I posted this some time back. Got a little chuckle over it then...
Thought some newbies here might not have seen it. Funny.
