Real fish as a one time treat22 Jul 2005 17:43 GMT4
My dad went fishing several months ago, caught some fish and would like
to feed them to my cats as a treat. The fish have been sitting in the
freezer for several months and my dad just recently stuck them in the
refrigerator to thaw out. They've been in there about six days, should
Home for Cats in BC?22 Jul 2005 12:20 GMT14

woman we are buying from has 2 cats, whom she claims she can't keep
when she moves.  Cat (my girlfreind) & I allready have 3 cats between

Kami Attacks!22 Jul 2005 02:28 GMT2
The old girl is still up to her old tricks.  I put in a maintenance
order to reseal the bottom of my door, and reminded them to be extra
careful not to let Kami out.  The guy has met her before and I told him
she was an attack cat.   LOL!  He said he'd keep an eye on her.
Liquid med help22 Jul 2005 02:14 GMT9
My little Ana, about one year old, has to take a liquid med 2.5 ml twice a
day due to her liver shunt.  Sometimes it's a bit of a struggle to give it
to her and she is fighting me as she takes it, so I have to squirt it in
quickly.  After I give her the med, she runs off.  ...

reintroducing the cats (to each other)21 Jul 2005 17:03 GMT2
Hi group,
Well, Jake is still beating up, and terrorizing poor Elwood once in
awhile, so I have decided to try reintroducing them again.
I went out and bought 2 better gates than I had in the previous
Baby Food21 Jul 2005 16:47 GMT4
My two "plain" Tabbys just LOVE a nighttime snack of some Gerber baby
food (turkey, vegetable, and rice).  Together they eat about one
6-ounce jar every two days.  Their "regular" daily food is a rather
basic dry food.  On Sundays they split a small can of canned food as a
poor luna piddled herself!!!21 Jul 2005 16:27 GMT10
Well, my dear little Luna is a complete freak when it rains/thunders.
Today, we are having the first rainstorm of the summer (seriously!!!)
and apparently, when I left the house about an hour ago, I closed the
bedroom door with Luna locked in. Usually I am smart enough to check ...
Struggling with decision...21 Jul 2005 10:56 GMT2
Thank you for all of your support and opinions.  However, there is n

Struggling with decision...21 Jul 2005 08:16 GMT16
I've been posting about TB and our battle with his liver disease.  He i
in the vet right now on IV fluids because he had a bad weekend, vomitin
up to 4 times a day.  I would have to syringe feed him right after h

Diagnosing cancer in animals21 Jul 2005 05:05 GMT4
How do you diagnose cancer in animals before it's too late to treat?
In people, there's all sorts of tests that can be done on a yearly
basis such as breast and prostate exams, plus many others. But tests
like those don't really exist for animals. When was the last time
