I wanted to thank everyone for the advice regarding my Tribble kitty and
her CRF.  I brought her to another vet who prescribed something for her
nausea, 1/4 tablet Pepcid AC daily.  She also gave me Tumil K pills,
instead of the gel that I had been unsuccessfully using.  Tribble ...

Today she abandoned her hidey-hole and perched on the stub wall that
encloses the shower cabinet.  She stayed there all day.  I went in the
bathroom several times and took some pictures, and she didn't budge.

My 8 month old female kitten grunts when she cleans herself. Should I be
worried? Can grunting be an indication of something to come, like asthma or
