Panting? Kittens!18 May 2005 18:07 GMT5
First let me say thank you to everyone with helping me locate the
kittens this morning.
I have a concern.  I was just peeking in on them and they were
acting funny.  Every couple of minutes the kittens would open their

Even when the answers are bad, I like ANSWERS.  Where my little
Carey-kitty is involved, we never seem to have any.  She's been "sick"
for the last 3 years and we've never been able to figure out just
what's going on with her.  I'm trying to not add up the costs, as they
Louis and the Feliway diffuser - LOL18 May 2005 06:49 GMT13
First thing he did after I plugged it in was walk over and try to pull
it out of the wall.
Like the electric filtering water-fountain we bought for the cats.
Within five minutes Louis had it dissassembled and was chewing on the
The bathroom cat is a male18 May 2005 04:25 GMT6
He has been neutered and vetted and is back in the pet porter,
recovering from the anesthetic.  Tomorrow evening I will release him
just before dark.  I will show him where I plan to leave the food out.
Of course, this means the pregnant kitty had her litter, probably out
Cats are not clean, thier covered in cat spit18 May 2005 03:03 GMT5
My cat has a pot of water in the bathroom, he dips his foot in it and
it looks like he is bathing. (he doesn't put his foot in his kitchen
water bowl, he doesn't drink from the bathroom bowl)
Where does one purchase "museum wax"?18 May 2005 02:52 GMT11
The boredom must be setting in with my lil part-Bengal. I come home
to more things thrown from the shelves every day. Today it was a
potted plant on a high shelf that didn't have an inch of empty space
on it to jump on. He managed somehow. Luckily the plant wasn't
Cats plan ahead.17 May 2005 23:40 GMT5
More than just instinct, but they carry things out to a logical
conclusion.
I was going to bed the other night and Ruprecht followed me like most
nights...and he's on the bed before I lay down.
My Kitty and her Stuffed Raccoon17 May 2005 23:19 GMT3
My kitty has this stuffed raccoon which is about half her size.  She
loves it!  The weird thing is, and I wonder if anyone knows more about
this, when she brings it into the room, she makes this unusual meow
sound.  She only makes the unusual meow sound when she has the raccoon.
My cat ate 3 raisin bran flakes.17 May 2005 22:48 GMT21
He sure did, I hand fed them to him...lol just 3 of them.
I thought maybe other cats periodically ate something odd like
a green bean, or...potatoe chip, or...
Location for litter box and type17 May 2005 16:42 GMT8
Trying to figure out the best spot to put the litter box. I live in an
apartment with a hallway going to the entrance/exit to the garage it
also widens out by the doorway and the washer and dryer sits there. I
read one post that said not to have it by a door that gets a lot of
Peanut's Recovery:17 May 2005 16:16 GMT17
Peanut spent from Tuesday afternoon until Friday afternoon at the vets,
recovering from his injuries after being stuck between two tree trunks.
I have two goals with Peanut.  1) I must get him to eat and:  2) I need
to give him pills 2 times per day.
Kitty nightmares. 17 May 2005 11:50 GMT4
To preface this, I've said here before that when we adopted Delilah and
Stella, we almost weren't allowed to take them both because the woman at the
shelter said the older one would kill the younger.
They proved her wrong almost immediately when Delilah (the older) did her
Inapprop. Urin. - I have a theory17 May 2005 06:10 GMT5
Well, Henry's been gone for weeks, and Louis has started spraying
again.
No other changes in the household, except I was out of town this
weekend. My wife caught him spraying our closet door upstairs (where
FLUDT17 May 2005 03:33 GMT4
I posted a few weeks ago.  Our 8 year old cat has FLUDT, and has had this
condition for about 6-7 years.
Recently he had a bad bout of FLUDT, which eventuated in hospitalization for
4 days and a catheter used as well.
