Strange Eosinophilic Granuloma Complex ...27 Mar 2005 21:36 GMT8
I recently mentioned that my asthmatic cat who has EGC had not had a Depo
Medrol shot since last July, and that she had not so much as coughed since
then. (She is on no other medications; the Depo appears to keep both her
asthma and her ESG controlled.)

LOL.  Bandit is now well enough to be allowed out of my bedroom, so she came
into my office, swatted Sammy off of my lap so she could jump up here,
settled herself into a comfortable position, then when I dared to try to pet
her she hissed at me and tried to bite my hand again!!!  ...

5 days ago I found a kitten yelling, it was not a new born though and
it could walk.
I had no idea a kitten like that could be that delicate and it did not
How to make cat less fat27 Mar 2005 13:36 GMT24
We have an old fat cat that is overweight, he's about 9 years old. We want
him to lose some weight. The problem is that we also have another cat about
6 years old who is normal weight and they share the food. If we fed the
heavy cat weight-loss food, the normal cat would eat it.
Crystaline Cat Litter27 Mar 2005 10:23 GMT16
I heard something at the pet store that really frightened me...
Usually I use the clumping brands, but a week ago I saw a display for
"Litter Pearls"..If you haven't seen it - it's clear pebbles with a "broken
glass" appearance (that's a warning sign right there). I bought a ...
Stitches Out Today!27 Mar 2005 07:17 GMT19
Bandit is going back to the vet today at 5:30 to get her stitches taken out

seems much better, but still acting a little depressed - I don't know
whether that's from the sorry condition she looks (this ...
Hives from my cat27 Mar 2005 07:13 GMT11
I have this weird thing that happens only with one of my cats, Toffee.  She
likes to bump her nose into me when she's being affectionate.  After she
nose-bumps me, I get hives where she bumped.  It's only Toffee that I have a
reaction to, and it seems to be stronger now that I'm ...

THROWIN UP!!!!27 Mar 2005 04:08 GMT9
Read somewhere, maybe in this group,  about some of your kitties
throwing up.  I've had those problems for 15 years with several
different kitties and NOTHING! helped.  But had to leave town for a
few weeks and left my several :-) kitties with a friend.  No One!!!!

Still Toe Sucking26 Mar 2005 23:01 GMT16
On April 8 Sammy will be one year old.  She's huge,
http://www.possibleplaces.com/CatNipped/Sammy_Mommy/.  She's not as fat as
she looks in these pictures, she's just sort of scrunched up here and her
hair is *LONG* (I can still easily feel her ribs).  She's 24 inches from the

I have a good friend that adopted a kitten a few months ago. My friend has
two young children and the cat is amazing with them.  The kids love the cat.
Things started bothering me when she had the cat declawed. I had begged her
not to do it and bought her clippers, suggested soft ...
