Our orange tabby cat, Buster, has had a recurring fungus problem, which is getting worse and not been able to be cured. The fungus is in his paws. It is black, crusty and Buster tries to lick it, dropping pieces of the fungus. It is not life-threatening but seems to be painful.

| Question about a vax | 04 Mar 2005 01:37 GMT | 13 |
Hi all. This is probably a stupid question for some of you who know drugs and interactions, reactions but I thought I'd ask. Shamrock has an appt tomorrow night for his FeLV booster (necessary living with a FeLV+ cat) and he's due for a dental but I'm not scheduling them

| Baby Kittens found. | 03 Mar 2005 22:56 GMT | 6 |
This makes me sick. I cannot fathom the mind of the bastards that did this. A question though... I wonder about the mother of the kittens. Wouldn't she NEED to nurse? Wouldn't she fret over the loss of kittens so young their eyes were not even open?

| Cat Addiction: Chapter 199 | 03 Mar 2005 18:04 GMT | 7 |
One of the many definitions of addiction is "doing things repeatedly that are known to cause you pain". Like adopting new cats... So we adopted Henry the pitiful stray, expecting him to be integrated into our menagerie. This didn't work, so we've been looking for a new

| Cat ate string story.... | 03 Mar 2005 01:39 GMT | 11 |
My male neutered cat "The Neek" ate a Yoyo string of about 5 feet (1.6 meters) in length that a friend had left lying around. The cat loves eating strings so we usually are very careful but accidents do happen and my friend wasn't aware of my cats predisposition to string eating.

My Kitty had a sonogram, they found 1.5cm mass in her liver..She had a biopsy - but the sample came back as "necrotic material" - in other words - dead cells. The vet said that it could be cancer, with the dead cells around it.

| Raw Diet Questions | 02 Mar 2005 14:00 GMT | 3 |
I've let my cats try a raw diet food that I got from our local pet food store a few times and they seem to really like it. And in the case of raw food, a little goes a long way. Half a packet each and they were gorged. Anyhow, my 3 year-old calico (the same toe biter as my last ...

| Questions about the Cat Dancer | 02 Mar 2005 11:12 GMT | 9 |
The Cat Dancer is a very popular toy in this group, in case anyone doesn't already know. Has anyone's cat lost interest in the cat dancer before it wore out? I just bought some. My male cat Kitty played with one immediately and
