We have been treating our cat for earmites, with a mineral oil based medication. The problem is that the first time I used it on my cat, I added a bit too much and some of the product ran down his fur by his ears. Is there an easy way to wash this out, without a bath? I tried

To recap if you haven't read my earlier posts... A stray had been frequenting our house for over a month. He was flea-bitten, mite-infested and hungry, but obviously socialized to humans because he was so friendly.
