Purina Hairball Food18 Sep 2004 22:52 GMT7
So I'm sitting here at the computer checking e-mail and stuff while
eating potato chips and beer. Cat-Boy comes in and decides, as he
frequently does, that it's lap time. I decide it's time for a break
anyway, so I let him in my lap. But this time it appears he's more
Need Advice For Flea Infestation18 Sep 2004 21:03 GMT24
Hi everyone. I've been lurking and you all seem to be so helpful to those
who need advice and I really need some. For about two weeks now, our whole
family has been miserable. We have an indoor cat (no other animals) who has
fleas. It is getting worse. Our legs are full of flea ...
Are Natural Flea Drops Effective?18 Sep 2004 20:17 GMT4
Has anyone ever tried Farnam Gentle Touch flea drops for cats? The
package says it kills fleas naturally rather than using chemicals. The
active ingredients are citric acid and sodium lauryl sulfate. The
inactive ingredients are soybean oil, coconut oil, and glycerine. Each

Kitten with weird eye problem (infection?)18 Sep 2004 13:57 GMT14
I was directed here from alt.med.veterinary. A lady said that there is
a woman here who has a cat that lost both its eyes due to this. If
this is you, could you respond? I would like some info, please.

Dear all,
We were told by this vet that our 1-year old female cat might have a

I adopted 2 female cats from the shelter, Hannah B a 2 yr old spay female and
the other, Sara a 7 week old female(now  about 5 months old). They got along
wonderfully, slept together and Hannah B was always grooming the baby and they
played all the time. Last night we had to take ...

my crazy cat17 Sep 2004 03:38 GMT5
I got a cat from the local animal shelter a few months ago.  This cat
is extremely playful and will follow me around wherever I go (even the
bathroom).  He also loves watching water.  He'll watch any water; bath
runing, toilet flushing, tap dripping, rain.  I don't mind all this
Millie Update (was Post-spay not eating)17 Sep 2004 02:27 GMT16
Thanks for 'being' with me during the trials of Millie's illness.
On the weekend things were great - her appetite returned and she was
chowing down on food and apparently her personality was coming back. The
vet mentioned that there were some more sores appearing on her back that
Quick Jackie update17 Sep 2004 02:22 GMT6
Jackie had a follow-up visit with the dentist and her mouth is doing
fine with just a few areas still a bit red. She is back over 6 lbs and
her fur is looking good. Her eyes have lost that suffering look that
made me take her in the first place.

Brother & Sister now very aggressive15 Sep 2004 18:10 GMT22
Both our cats are from same litter and are brother & sister of 8 years. The
past 8 years they have been very loving and affectionate to each other, only
with the odd paw fight with a bit of hissing. They are both primarily indoor
cats but wonder in our garden when supervised. Two ...

I recently lost my guy to the coyotes. I live adjacent to a

High everybody-looking for the website that shows CARB and PROTEIN content for kitty food! thanks.14 Sep 2004 23:03 GMT7
Saw it once or twice before, and was wondering what the website is.
It listed food and their carb/protein ratio for my diebetic kitty.
Was wondering the difference between DM and Science Diet m/d which is
now approved for diebetic diet.
