Corneal ulcer with complications28 Feb 2004 01:08 GMT3
I posted recently about my concerns for a cat that I have reserved at
a local cat sanctuary. I mentioned that he had a corneal ulcer which
had been treated using antibacterial drops for 2 weeks.
He has now seen an eye specialist and they confirmed that he has an
Moving the litterbox27 Feb 2004 15:43 GMT6
Right now the litterbox (one for two cats, yes, I know but it works)
sits in my tub. It's been there for 8 years so I know it works.
However, I've decided I could really use the tub. The bathroom, fairly
small, has a separate stall shower which, I should point out, is used
Making an enclosure27 Feb 2004 05:16 GMT12
Okay, I am going to start working on this pretty soon. I wondered if anyone
had any ideas.
We're going to make Tucker an enclosure and here is what we're thinking.
some kind of wire mesh, the bottom buried underground and then fastened on
Another cat27 Feb 2004 04:21 GMT5
I have an 11 month female spayed Munchkin cat that I love very much. I
have had since July and I must say she is very spoiled. She follows me
around the house and sleeps with us at night.
A few weeks ago my son wanted us to take care of his cat which is from
Product advice: Harness27 Feb 2004 03:21 GMT7
I apologize if this has been discussed recently, this is my first time
in this group.
I'm trying to determine which sort of cat harness is most appropriate
for leash training your cat. I've read both good and bad things about
Sensitive stomach? (Was Innova and Diarrhea)27 Feb 2004 03:01 GMT4
I posted a short while back about my cats suddenly developing diarrhea
(and vomiting) in reaction to their usual Innova diet. I've been since
experimenting with other brands (Burns, California natural, etc) and after
a month of this insanity, I finally try Royal Canin's formula for
Advice needed, worried about my cat (Sherry, Cheryl, protector etc)27 Feb 2004 02:10 GMT15
Hey Guys,
I need your advice; my my kittie 'Bee' indoor/outdoor, spayed female about 1

1. She came back last night about 2300 and wasn't playing/joining us in her
Ginivitus Advise Request27 Feb 2004 01:11 GMT2
My cat Jessie has been diagnosed with mild Ginivitus. I can see a slight
reddening of her gums. They are not bleeding and she is not off her food and
is not in obvious pain.
The vet says that she needs to go in sometime to be examined and her tartar
Fur balls26 Feb 2004 22:54 GMT6
My cat has fur balls -I brush her regularly; but she still keeps having

Terminal case need second opinion (2 of 2)26 Feb 2004 08:12 GMT2
Does anyone know if presence of a clear yellow fluid can be
universally interpreted as a cardiological condition, or can
there be some other condition that could cause that?
The cat was at the vet on Monday, was feeling a little better
How to get a urine sample26 Feb 2004 02:50 GMT24
My friend's cat had a problem with crystals in his urine. He was treated and
is now fine. It's about a month later and the vet asked her to bring in a
urine sample to see how things were going. My question is how do you get a
urine sample from a cat???
Softclaws day 426 Feb 2004 02:37 GMT7
I have to say that I'm impressed with Softclaws so far.  I put them on
Wednesday evening and they are still on.  Both cats seem indifferent
to them.  They don't fix one problem.  One of them likes to scratch on
things just to hear the noise.  He always picks something hollow like
Strange case26 Feb 2004 00:34 GMT6
I have a co worker in a rural area with a ten y.o., neutered male cat. This
area is extremely rural mind you with just a country vet. The cat, around
Christmas time, was throwing up so badly that he was really, really in poor
shape. The vet said he though maybe there was a mass. He ...
