Dietary peanut butter ?10 Jan 2004 05:41 GMT2
My gal's kitten loves crunchy peanut butter that's given to him as a treat
every few days. Anything bad about that for the kitten's health? Nothing bad
about cat-dietary peanut butter turned up in a Google search, but this
subject has not been discussed much.

I have a cat with possible pneumonia (spelling).  Anyone else ever have this
happen to their kitty?
the "loaf of bread" pose09 Jan 2004 14:54 GMT10
When a cat sits with his legs tucked under him, and his tail wrapped around
his back legs, looking much like a loaf of bread, is his mood good, bad, or
indifferent?  Jack, and to a lesser extent Rizzo, will pose like this in
various places around the house.  Usually it's when ...
Kitty goes _outside_ the litter box... help!09 Jan 2004 14:37 GMT10
I have 2 cats, Lukey and Oreo. Lukey is older than Oreo by a couple of
years. Oreo is 2.5 years old. They've been together for almost 2 years.
Oreo has had a habit of urinating outside of the litter box. But he poops in
the litter box.
How to increase caloric intake09 Jan 2004 11:56 GMT4
So Neresse is *slowly* getting better.  The Rx a/d helped her a bit, and
she's munching on kibble off and on, and seems to primarily enjoy bits of
raw ground beef (70% lean).  Fortunately, she's drinking water again.
But, naturally, she's still very skinny.  It's granted that, after ...
Another twisty cat breeder?09 Jan 2004 07:29 GMT11
This website claims to be breeding real cabbits, but seems to be breeding
for deformity.  http://www.cabbits.8m.com/  Never mind the genetic
impossibility of cross-breeding cats and rabbits, it sounds like another
twisty cat breeder only the back legs are affected instead of the ...
Introdicing a new female kitten to a male cat09 Jan 2004 02:36 GMT2
We just adopted a 3-month-old female kitten to make company to our
1-year-old male cat.  The little one seems to be interested in making
new friends but the older cat is reacting like if he were afraid of
her even though the male triples the size of the female.  He has been

Cat Behavior Help08 Jan 2004 22:08 GMT6
A tenant in one of my rental properties (900 sq. ft condo) took on a male
stray cat that came to our door a year ago.  We named this cat "Danny".
Danny is a beautiful faun tabby who was 10 months old when we saved him.
He's a wonderful cat, huge personality and very active.
Behaviour problems after 8 weeks08 Jan 2004 20:06 GMT6
My lovely Felix died back in November and I got a new boy, a rescue cat
called Maurice who's around 3 years old. We know his history and he's not
been abused, just the product of a broken marrieage. He's been pushed from
pillar to post, before finally settling with us. He settled in ...

sociology?
My Cats scared to go outside because of Psycho cat08 Jan 2004 03:50 GMT8
We have two neutered femail cats, one like to go outside once per day
while the other prefers to spend most of the day outdoors.
Recently our "once per day" cat was mauled by a strange new cat which
has appeared locally, now both cats are scared to go outside.

How declawing saved my cat's life and gave him 6 more years (and counting)07 Jan 2004 19:04 GMT149
The cat was mom's and she died after a long illness.  The cat had
clawed up a lot of furniture in the house and no one else wanted the
cat.  The cat also had a skin condition which now necessitates a
depomedrol shot each month.
