| Canned jack mackerel OK for cats ? | 21 Nov 2003 11:27 GMT | 9 |
I can get it locally for only US$1.00 per 15 ounce (425g) can. It has a light tomtato gravy, but no vegetable oil. Like canned salmon, it includes bones that are somehow softened by the heating-canning process. Contains lots of protein, calcium, and fish oil. Comes from Chile.

All of his test results came back great! He still has a bit of a fever, but is responding well to antibiotics, so they sent him home with some clavomox. He's much more talkative, purrs, and is still eating and drinking well. He's a bit anemic, but we've been battling fleas here
