My kittens changing bottom lip.27 Oct 2003 22:24 GMT3
This may sound like a really weird question, but here goes  ..........
Zee B, my 3 month old kitten seems to have a strange bottom lip.  Its hard
to explain, but it changes colour to pink.  It started at the left side & it
looked swollen, so I asked the vet when he went for his ...

WORMS CRAWLING OUT OF MY CAT'S a.shole!.  EWW! EWW! EWW! ICK! YUCK! UGH!
I can't believe how horrible and repulsive it is!  Since finding that

Tesco own Cat Food27 Oct 2003 13:20 GMT4
I am in UK and seem to have our next-door neighbour's ginger female (Chloe)
most of
the time as they have 3 rugrats including a new one so chuck her out.
They still feed her regularly but when given some extra Tesco catfood she
Road Trip and Sub-Q27 Oct 2003 01:54 GMT9
FYI, I was half right about sub-q for the car trip.  I told him we were
traveling by car and he didn't think of her not eating or drinking
until I brought it up.  He didn't think it was too bad, didn't believe
it was worth risking.  He said though she doesn't need it at this

Does anybody know if Premier Pet Insurance is still around?
I want to get insurance for my 4 cats and it appears that this is a
good plan/ I tried calling and I can't get through. I tried getting a
quote from their website and it doesn't work.
Fleas From Dogs?26 Oct 2003 19:05 GMT2
Next week I have to leave my cat with my best friend for 12 days.  My
friend has a dog, who obviously goes outside for walks during the day.  My
cat has never been outside so I've never needed to put a flea collar on her.
My friend's house is very clean, but she does have ...
Liz  (was:  Re: Unexplained weight loss in 8.5 yr old male cat)26 Oct 2003 18:43 GMT1
Good morning, I am the original poster regarding my cat.  I'm not sure
I quite follow the issue with "adhesions" and how this could be
related to my cat.  Where would the "adhesions" come from?  He is
strictly an indoor cat with no prior medical history.  Could you
Update on Momcat/missing kittens26 Oct 2003 18:33 GMT2
In case anyone remembers me posting awhile ago about a neighbor being
evicted and dumping her cat and possibly kittens (that I could not
find), here's an update.
Momcat got into a no-kill shelter quickly, which was very lucky.  I
My cats and dogs are getting their food backwards...26 Oct 2003 18:13 GMT5
My dog keeps trying to eat my cats' food and my cats keep trying to eat
my dog's food! Either someone switched the bags on me, or there's some
animal freaky Friday going on here! I'm used to my dog doing this, but I
thought the cats had better sense! LOL!! :)
"Science Diet" Hairball Control Sensitivity26 Oct 2003 16:42 GMT143
We've got two tabbies, Spirit and Angel, each is about 3 years of age.
They both eat the same food but Angel has an on-again, off-again
sensitivity to the above food. Sometimes she'll go two weeks without
vomiting, another time it's twice a day! It always comes up yellow...so

My 9 yo Oriental Shorthair has had problems with intermittent vomitting.

About 3 days later he started scratching himself like crazy, and the next

vaccinosis?24 Oct 2003 17:16 GMT3
In regards to animals having their yearly vaccinations, I was wondering if
anyone has heard of vaccinosis and what are their views on it.  For those of
