| Now I Know Persia Feels at Home... | 04 Jul 2008 01:15 GMT | 3 |
She got the 5AM Zoomies this morning. She was dashing from the bathroom to the bed (BOIIING!) leaping over me, down to the floor, back to the bathroom (repeat several times). She's also taken to hiding in plain sight. She can squeeze herself under

| The Kittens | 03 Jul 2008 23:21 GMT | 7 |
They are everywhere and into everything! Trying to get them out of another place they got themselves stuck in I knocked over and broke a large, wedding gift, lamp. After they were corralled in the office they hid behind the counter which had been Kitten Proofed (ha, ha, ha,) ...

| Christian, the "wild" lion | 03 Jul 2008 13:00 GMT | 3 |
On Cute Overload today, they have a video of a lion that was adopted from Herods by a couple. They raised him until he was too big, then rehomed him to Africa. They go to Africa to look for him, but forewarned that he is now "too

Back from visit to fracture clinic at horse spittal. DH is likely to be in plaster for 12 weeks. Current plaster is in a position where the foot is just about pointed down (toes to ground) and is known as 'in equinnus' (in ek-quine-us).

| Miss Calico Girl loses her leathers | 03 Jul 2008 02:10 GMT | 5 |
Yup. TED Stevenson took the ear patch off MCG's ear today, gave her a final booster and billed us for 9 cat doses and 1 dog dose of Revolution. MCG was such a good girl, didn't even curse at anyone this time. Her whole attitude was "I don't want to be here, don't want to do ...

| We got the poo meds | 02 Jul 2008 23:53 GMT | 12 |
TED has prescribed metrinadazole tablets. "But can I crush it up and put in in her food so she won't notice it?" I asked. Long hesitation. "Well, it won't be easy" he said. I crushed Kitty's quarter tab up between two teaspoons and rolled it around

As you know, DH has a leg in plaster. The felines have been spending much time checking over Paw. Francis most especially, as 'His Daddy's Cat' has been very attentive. But now he has other attendants. He really has a couple of mother hens

| Confusing Little Boy | 02 Jul 2008 21:50 GMT | 6 |
At night, Little Boy likes to cuddle up to my head. He often likes to sleep lying across my neck. Occasionally, he will stick his nose in my ear and purr. Today I was lying down sort of snoozing, almost napping.
