Rehi Folks!  Well, John is on his way back home now but I must say our visit
to the zoo on Friday was so much fun!  It's amazing how the big cats are so
much like our little feline friends :)  I'm sorry to say I forgot to bring

After a couple weeks of lovely weather, another band of thunderstorms
rolled through the area this morning. I didn't think these storms to be at
all memorable - they didn't have any of the dramatic effects of this
winter's storms. But the kitties didn't seem to agree with me.

I would like to start using bleach to disinfect litterboxes, but so
far I have not had good results finding it in the store. They do sell
something called "bleach", but it's in the laundry detergent section,
and seems to be for whitening clothes. (I never use it, so I'm not

I caught a short clip of Caliban doing his normal morning serenade for
FOOD. This is what I have to listen to, sometimes for hours, until it's
time to feed him. It almost looks like the meows are forced out of him,
