| Shadow at TEDs | 20 May 2008 20:27 GMT | 8 |
I dropped off Shadow at the vets this morning. As we suspected, the vet couldn't find a microchip on her, which means we can go ahead with the spay, the vaccination and the microchipping. I know its a routine procedure, but I'm still a bit worried for her. A purr

| A fourth cat???? | 20 May 2008 02:56 GMT | 11 |
Pickle & Shadow have made their peace. Suki & Pickle are still working it out, although I suspect that Shadow will end up being beta cat, and Suki will have to settle for gamma. Perhaps it will be better when she is spayed (it will certainly be better for my ears and my sleep, my ...

| Does she understand what I say? | 19 May 2008 21:21 GMT | 23 |
Kitty was up on my chest purring up a storm tonight. I rarely watch TV but there was something on that I was interested in and I could not hear it for her loud purrs. I said "Shut up, will you, I'm trying to listen" I said it in a conversational tone, not one that could have ...

| Abelard finally eating - with gusto | 19 May 2008 20:24 GMT | 33 |
I thought I was going to lose the little guy there for a while because I could hardly force him to eat, even a smidgen, and there seemed to be no improvement in his overall condition. His weight is way down and he's starting to look like a starving kitty.

| Mysterious Shirt Holes | 19 May 2008 16:52 GMT | 5 |
DP has several T-shirts that he loves to wear around the house DESPITE the fact that there are multiple holes in them. I am sorely tempted to burn them, since as a doctor he has the money to go buy himself more shirts and shouldn't have to wear something that a thrift shop

| Cats and The Full Moon | 19 May 2008 16:44 GMT | 13 |
In 2 days, the Moon will be full once again. Does a Full Moon effect your cats? Mine just sit in the windows and stare it, sometimes 'talking' to it, but they don't go any more beserker than usual.
