It took me long enough -- like, four years or so!
I'm still working on it, but at least I updated Sabra's page, since he
went to The Bridge three years ago, and added Arthur, Jack, Kate and
ShadowCat.

On Sunday Hunter accidentally got out when DH was walking through the hall
door and Sammy happened to be just outside the door.  Sammy panicked and ran
downstairs and Hunter chased her under my bed.  There were no blows
exchanged, but there was a lot of trash talk going on ...

Well as always the bad news first.  Due to political BS in Orlando Florida
the last no kill private rescue center in orange county is being forced out
or faces fines of 250 a day.  She has a temp shelter in  nearby Seminole
county but is looking for a permanent place.    If everyone ...

It's Sunday. The management office is closed. The cats don't HAVE to
go out. Nevertheless, Bucky wants out. Little Boy hesitates, but
decides he wants out too. Bucky runs off.
It is raining outside - a slow, steady drip.

It turns out the little brat had run out the door before they could
catch him, and he decide to "rough it" for a few days.
They were understandably frantic, but he found his way home, which
explains why we haven't seen him in a week (whew!)

I don't know what I'm going to do with these cats! I give them as much
freedom as possible, but I usually block the cat door an hour or two before
we have to leave for Nanki-Poo's radiation treatments, once I'm sure both
cats are in the house. That way I know I can catch Nanki to ...

I took Caliban in for his booster shots today. His vet is so sweet and
always chirps so cheerfully to him. She couldn't praise him enough for
being such a heazlthy, friendly, charming and active (he never stays
still on the exam table) kitty. He is about 100 grams heavier than ...

He looks really funny.  His ear is still kind of floppy at the tip, and
he has the tube in it that looks really strange, along with the stitches.
He's being pretty good with the medication.  I've been putting him on my
lap, and surprise of surprises, he isn't scratching me!  He ...

She's re-assumed her vigilence since she got home.  Snuggling with me on the
couch, she's cognizant of every movement and every little sound, other than
Peaches, of course, who is constantly ringing bell toys and occasionally
chirping and doing other silly bird things :)

I'm at the computer. Bucky is on the corner of the bed, looking like
he needs some loving.
So I roll over to the bed, pet him, and pick him up. I try to cuddle
Bucky, but he still seems to have issues about being cuddled by

Topper went to the bridge in 1995 but I still think of him from time to
