| Dark brown tooth... | 08 Apr 2008 22:16 GMT | 13 |
Felix was shaking his head a lot last night, so I put some drops in his bad ears. Within an hour, he settles down after the drops... but not last night. So I did my usual poking and prodding when one of my furkids acts funny. With a lot of fuss, I finally got a look at his ...

| 2 cats with Purrrdays this month | 08 Apr 2008 22:14 GMT | 21 |
My Willow Kitty will be a year old on Wednesday and Mr. Orange Thing Mahoney (better known as O. T.) will be a year old on Thursday. The girls have planned a birthday party for them. Son just called and the outdoor cat ran in the house tonight and embedded itself in the ...

| God Hates Me :< | 08 Apr 2008 22:11 GMT | 34 |
I finally found a little extra money to vet Garvin. I finally got Ben receptive (partially, at least) to the idea of spending that extra money on Garvin. We woke up this morning to find the ceiling in the guest bedroom had caved

| casey spirit? | 08 Apr 2008 21:56 GMT | 39 |
My Casey died 12/3/2007. I've missed him terribly. I wanted to ask the members of this group if they have ever experienced a deceased cat's spirit. I mean I am by no means nuts or nutters or anything, but about 3 weeks after Casey was gone, I thought he was on the bed

| Mattie update | 08 Apr 2008 21:45 GMT | 4 |
He is now matt free, and pretty hair free for that matter. his hair is starting to grow back in and its going to be longlonglong... even the hair on the back of his back feet is long enough to comb, longer than those rabbit feet you used to get on a keychain... he is a talker and ...

| Cats and Yogurt? | 08 Apr 2008 21:40 GMT | 10 |
I like to eat yogurt, and peach is my favorite flavor. Mosey, who has a sensitive tummy, like me, loves to lick some off my spoon when I finish mine. It doesn't seem to give him the 'trots' or make him throw up or anything.

| Help, i've got Greeblings | 08 Apr 2008 21:05 GMT | 9 |
In both the laptops, in the coffee maker, in the stove, the fridge, the water pipes, the freezer, the roof.... And the cats couldn't give a fig. LOL

| Garvin Part Deux | 08 Apr 2008 20:50 GMT | 18 |
OK, after I got all the info on costs I called 5 different credit cards and found one with an available balance (not much, but enough to cover the initial vetting - gawd know how we'll pay the extra balance, but we can worry about that later).

| Litter box problem | 08 Apr 2008 20:38 GMT | 11 |
Up until recently, both Lindy and Nanki-Poo have scorned litter boxes, preferring to do their business outdoors. I expected a problem when Nanki-Poo's radiation treatments started, because I have to block the cat door part of each treatment day to make sure Nanki-Poo is in the ...

| Blocked Tear Duct | 08 Apr 2008 17:40 GMT | 6 |
Looking for help for my Maine Coon's newest problem - a blocked tear duct in one eye. A reddish brown discharge comes with it. When it first started a couple of weeks ago my vet had me do hot compresses 3 times a day and use an antibiotic ointment. It cleared up right

| I cooked | 08 Apr 2008 13:17 GMT | 9 |
Jill, I finally got everything in place and made the Salmon stuffed shells with dill sauce yesterday. I guess I don't cook much anymore. Family would pause in the kitchen and ask me what I was doing, rather than what I was cooking or what's for

| Mooch's bodyguard | 08 Apr 2008 10:47 GMT | 5 |
It's spring, the time of year when Canadian raccoons emerge starving from hibernation and look for food. It's also still chilly, but despite that I've put a chair on the veranda so I can guard our resident stray Mooch's food early in the morning. I sit a couple of

| Clocks are plotting against me | 08 Apr 2008 07:54 GMT | 15 |
My clocks might be trying to gaslight me. Earlier I looked at the clock in my bedroom, and it said 4pm. But when I went into the kitchen, that clock said 3:00. Since the kitchen clock is an analog on-the-wall clock, I don't see how it could have been set back without my doing it. ...

| Smokey the Music Critic | 08 Apr 2008 04:51 GMT | 5 |
I was working on some writing and rocking out to Dragonforce when suddenly the music fell silent. A Smokey Pokey boy was standing on top of my stereo. Not a good boy. I picked him up, turned the stereo back on (had to
