Purrs Needed for Mosey Again03 Mar 2008 11:34 GMT8
Mosey seems to be acting fine, eating and drinking his water, playing,  but
this morning, when I went to clean the catboxes, I found 2 piles of poop on
a paper towel, and yesterday the one he did in the box had some blood in it.
I've been giving him beef baby food with  his beef ...
Catnip party03 Mar 2008 08:15 GMT2
Abby and Samwise had a catnip party yesterday. Rolling in it and rubbing
their faces in it. Abby has long fur and Samwise is medium long and the
catnip was stuck all over them. It was funny until they started running
around. It was all over the kitchen and living room floor.

Hi, there.03 Mar 2008 07:43 GMT75
Hi, I am Syl.  I am a B/W kept inside the little condo of my Mom and
her family's.  She adores me to the death and often gets too much and
I run away.  It got to be obvious that I am the second generation with
this name, and my Mom lost the kittie who lived for over 18 years with
Sonny photos added03 Mar 2008 05:39 GMT2
I took 4 photos of Sonny today, surrounded by the high snow banks in our
front yard.  Poor guy, he can't see anything because they're so high (even
though a foot melted during the January thaw).  He gave up going anywhere
and sunned himself in his chair instead.  Even in the ...

EEEK!02 Mar 2008 21:50 GMT14
So I'm sitting here peacefully reading the ng. Suddenly four ICE-COLD
paws land on my neck and Caliban settles down in a meatloaf on my
neck/shoulder. He'd been outside for a bit and needed to come in and
warm his icy pawsies. On Meowmie's neck.
Dad's Decline (OT and Long)02 Mar 2008 21:46 GMT26
An update, which may be premature.  After rallying and doing so well upon
his last admission to the hospital... after being moved from ICU to a
regular room and charming all the nursing staff, he stopped eating.  So they
did the nasal feeding tube thing.  At that point he could ...
Good News/ Bad News02 Mar 2008 21:39 GMT28
The good news is that we sign the forms Friday to take Rob off hospice until
he needs it again.  He is almost back to where he was, though the memory,
cognition, and behavior processes are slowly going bye-bye.  His CNA mostly
sits around while supervising Rob in doing his ...
Depression02 Mar 2008 18:14 GMT93
Many of those who live with depression as part of their daily lives
want to use something other than antidepressants to help them. Seeing
the possibility of a lifetime of taking medication many sufferers of
depression are turning to alternate methods. Please share your
Second-hand Fun (OT)02 Mar 2008 14:30 GMT9
I didn't (still don't) really know how long I'll be here in SC.  I also
didn't know what to pack so I'm pretty much wearing the same stuff over and
over again.  I packed three nice t-shirt I got (freebies) from some of
John's art shows but they are HEAVY and too hot!
Visiting Cats...02 Mar 2008 04:25 GMT1
No, not cats that visit me, but me going to see a friend of my
brother's this evening. She's got two cats - and they both came
and sat on my lap :-)
One of these cats is a 16-year old male, named Jess. When he was
