We live in a rather 'snooty' trailer park, for folks age 55+ and my next
door neighbor, Debra,  has a cancer relapse:(  I don't know her very well,
but we've spoken a few times.  IDK what kind of cancer she has, but she is
going thru chemo again.

I started a thread about trimming the kid's claws not to long ago...  well
today, I finally tried the cat back.  What a mess!!  Maui got so frightened
that he pooped in it!!  I ended up doing them the old fashion way.  Grab 'em

Every time I walk down the street I stop and say hello to the family
of beautiful outdoor cats who live down by the post-office. (yes, they
live at a house, they're not feral/stray... they have covered over
catcarriers on the front porch to sleep in and they're not afraid of

I have to go walkies three times a week for about half an hour a time.   My
blood tests came back and my colestral was up, so guess it is a bit of
dieting also, :(

I only caught the tail end of this action when they were getting tired out -
it was going on for 20 minutes!  Da Boyz were trying to capture a Daddy

Of course I miss Peaches, too, but it's not the same as having my snuggly
furry love bug of a kitty around :(  They are both doing fine; I call just
to check on them every few days and ask them to make sure they give Persia
some extra scritches :)

I emailed Jill (in the Carolinas caring for her elderly parents), and all
the bad weather missed both her home, her brothers, and the vet's where
Persia and Peaches are currently boarded.  The storms that rolled through
Arkansas also missed her LLL, John.

My apologies to friends that have sent me cards this Xmas - DH and I have
had a few health problems.   DH had a cataract op with another pending and I
had a slight stroke.   I hasten to add my stroke is a mild one and only
affects my speech.   It did affect my typing though, I ...
