Melba update #2 - going for surgery16 Jan 2008 00:50 GMT8
Thank you all for your purrs and thoughts.

Pickle15 Jan 2008 21:34 GMT23
Suki, as you know, was named because he was such a 'sooky' puss, even though

for the short haired cat previously known as Casper, Kunks & T.D. (in that
order). Pickle is a strange name, but he answered ...

Four Dec 26 200715 Jan 2008 07:21 GMT79
Four is making progress but is not without challenges.  He has finally gone
into the crate and is even napping in it, that is a biggie!  While he is
filling out his hips are bony and I can still feel his ribs, but certainly
not like when he first arrived here, so I have added an ...

Shadow gave me headbutts14 Jan 2008 22:47 GMT11
When I went out to feed Shadow earlier he jumped down out of his bed and
gave a little meow and as I put his food down he headbutted my hand a couple
of times. :-)
Smokey Finds Religion14 Jan 2008 02:47 GMT21
And lo, at the dawn of the new year there came a miracle, a remarkable
delivery to Smokey the Poke.
In those days it was decided, one's daughter should not drink all the
Irish Cream, Sharidan's and Wild Africa  herself, and so her parents
Please could I have some purrs?13 Jan 2008 22:28 GMT22
I hate to ask, but please could I have some good luck purrs? I could
really do with them as my first teaching job lies in the balance!....
Basically, I've been working on long term supply at a school, and at
this moment, the Headmaster and his Senior staff are discussing
Thank you for all the cards!13 Jan 2008 16:46 GMT2
I was thrilled to be able to open all the holiday cards last night you
wonderful people sent to me.  Persia got all indignant about the bits of fur
in some of them.  LOL  But for the most part she was simply happy I was home
and she wasn't in the smelly place anymore.
More surgical purrs, please12 Jan 2008 22:23 GMT15
My mom has been having problems with her leg swelling for the last couple
days. This is the leg that was receiving radiation to treat the cancerous
growth in the bone. The doctor looked her leg over and booked her for
surgery tomorrow - apparently she has blood clots in that leg. ...
How to travel with a cat12 Jan 2008 22:20 GMT21
I'm considering driving back to South Carolina with Persia, probably in
early March.  And I'll be staying for an undetermined length of time.  So
how do I transport Persia?
When I put her in her carrier she freaks out, like any cat does.  She cries
