Peter had his colonoscopy today. Every thing looks good. He will need to
change his diet some. That's what was causing the pain in his left side.

A tender moment......03 Dec 2007 21:11 GMT7
For 13 years Nikki has been sleeping on my right side (Chessie is always
firmly ensconced on my left side and gets very huffy if Nikki tries to butt
in).
Nikki sleeps with her head pointed toward the side of the bed tho she places
Cats and Christmas Cards!!03 Dec 2007 20:41 GMT3
Wellllll...  I left a TV tray open w/ all of my Christmas card stuff on top.
I have at least 5 or 6 boxes of cards that are open and piled on top of each
other.  Pens, stamps, address labels, Christmas note paper and Christmas
stickers and my address book.  All piled on the boxes ...

Being in college this year, and DH making too much $$$ for me to qualify for
financial aid (thus tuition & books come out of our budget!), plus the fact
that I splurged on stamps (photostamps.com), I have had to buy el-cheapo
cards at the dollar store - none to be found with any ...

More purrs needed for a friend03 Dec 2007 16:12 GMT18
Ages and ages ago I asked for purrs for my friend Matt, the man who is
living proof bad things happen to good people. At the time, his sister
had just been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and things looked grim.
Following a good dose of purr therapy she recovered enough to have

Tabitha Cain had fed a feral cat she called Wild Oats for several years,
but, after the cat got its head stuck in a peanut butter jar, she was
unable to capture the cat and free it from the jar.  Finally, the cat
Mistletoe, no longer the computer supervisor03 Dec 2007 02:40 GMT11
It is with great regret that I must inform you that my sweet little
Mistletoe has abdicated her supervisory duties.  And that it's my fault.
A couple of weeks ago, I needed to retrieve some information from an old
computer of mine (couldn't read the backup diskette).  I set it up ...
Tessie the Horror strikes again... and again!03 Dec 2007 00:43 GMT5
Tessie is being a real little horror this week...
She destroyed my mini-christmas tree so I had to take it down and put
the decorations away, even though I had it up so high I was SURE it
was 'safe' from her. First she jumped up on the entertainment unit and

Are you at work? Or somewhere else without your furry masters? Need
to relax? Now you can experience the power of purr anywhere there's a

My human... it has a taste02 Dec 2007 23:45 GMT11
Every evening, Caliban starts begging for his supper long before 7
o'clock, when he is fed. He starts around 5. I'm making dinner for
myself around that time, and he is right there on the counter, sticking
his nose into everything I'm cutting up etc. While a pot of beans and
Togetherness02 Dec 2007 22:26 GMT6
The unofficial motto around here is "You'll never go to the bathroom alone."
The guys have to escort me every time I answer nature's call, even when
nature is calling them.  Last evening, I went upstairs to "go," followed by
my two body guards, when Dante peeled off and went into ...
sombody's in the bat-room by Sammy02 Dec 2007 22:24 GMT9
The other day Paw took out the carrier, dusted it off, and hauled Mama
Little Bit away. She was back in just a little while - smelling of
TED. Mama says TED stabbed her a couple times, and said she had to
come back in Feb to get a bad tooth taken care of. That means both
I just hate this....02 Dec 2007 19:24 GMT5
I was in one of the Dollar Stores this week, and they had a good price
on the votive candle I burn for the RB kitties.
I bought a *lot* of them, as I have used so may recently, and I only had
two left.
