Today was grooming day in the Crews' house, everyone got mani's and pedi's

Well, well, well - this is a year full of surprises. Opened my front
door hours ago and found, that someone had put a big cardboard box in
front of my garden gate. Opened it and found - you`ll guess - four
cutest kittens, about 3 month old. <sigh>

We're in the middle of a monster snowstorm in Eastern Ontario - and Sonny
hates cold and snow - so he agreed to pose for a few photos. We should have
2 more feet of snow by the time it finishes tomorrow (last year we had a
green Xmas!) He tried and tried to go out today, but when ...

A few days before we picked up the Fabulous Furballs, , of course had
the excitement of a visit to our pet shop to make those "I've got new
kittens purchases"!
And of course, one was a scratching post- a proper scratching post!

Where I'm at in central Indiana we've had little more than rain, but a
lot of places to the north and west of us have gotten lots of ice.  I
heard today that there were something like 500K people without power

I got an update on Phoenix yesterday.  The antibiotics are kicking in
and his infection
is doing better.  They are still soaking and cleaning his poor leg
several times a day.

except the three addresses Julie just send (and Julie, you did a *wonderful*
job with the list this year).  Those three will be mailed tomorrow.
