I seem to remember that is his name.  Mr. Clark's hoomin.  Last I
heard he was moved out to St Louis and his cats were still back
east.  Has anyone heard how he is doing?  I'm concerned about him
and miss his medical advice and cat stories.

HRFL has trained Cara to get in her bed! I almost PMSL earlier. Cara
was sitting in the kitchen chewing a bone when HRFL marched in,

Apparently someone noticed the same thing you did about the Great Dane, King
George.  I just heard on the news Animal Control sent someone out to check
to make sure the dog is not malnourished or shows any signs of neglect or
abuse.  They determined he's just fine :)

Louie is an all black short hair with big round green eyes.  He sit's
around with about 1/4 inch of pink tongue sticking out most of the
time.  It's the most adorable sight.  I'm pretty sure he knows it too.

Today is wash day at the Crews' home.  Before I wash I separate all the
dirty clothes into piles on my kitchen floor.  I needed to wash a comforter
and that was in a pile all by itself since it is a large, king-sized spread
which will be a load all by itself.

I've noticed that when Vino gets impatient, he makes the strangest
noise.  It's kind of a nasal exhalation combined with a huff.  He often
does it when he gets on my chest and meatloafs while I watch TV but I
don't pet him.

When I came home after three weeks on the island, I found my little
garden was turning into a jungle. No one had been cutting my grass while
I was away, fancy that!
Ah, well, Miranda seems to enjoy laying in the weeds:

Smudge came in limping the other night, so we went off to the vet
yesterday. X-rays showed no fractures, and there were no signs of a
puncture or any swelling. The vet thought there might possibly be an
infection, or maybe she just sprained/twisted it. She is not putting

I am not sure if I have ever seen anything cuter than this.  Enjoy!
