| Harnessing Buster's power | 10 Jul 2007 06:06 GMT | 11 |
I've been continuing to integrate Dot and Buster. Megan recently suggested to me that since Dot has been avoiding Buster, I should take steps to actively introduce them. I'd been thinking the same thing, as it was pretty clear Dot wasn't going to take the first step.

| Shadow's son? | 09 Jul 2007 23:25 GMT | 9 |
I went for a walk today and in the next village, about 2 miles away, I met a young black cat that looked like a younger version of Shadow. Unfortunately, like Shadow, he still had all his kitten making equipment. I've heard that tom cats can wander three miles or more looking for ...

I need advice. My baby brother, who I've begged purrs for in the past, is now driving a truck. His girlfriend has been riding with him and on the 3rd she had a stroke while they were in Houston (she's 36!). My brother managed to get an ambulance and she's in ICU at St. Luke's.

OK, having adopted *THREE* rescues, and having paid for adoption costs (spay/neutering, vacs, etc.), vet visits, medicines (Clavamox, Albon, nose drops), Revolution, and vaccines for all three, we were due a little good Karma in return.

| Jake is "recovered" | 09 Jul 2007 22:14 GMT | 9 |
Thank you all for your recovery purrs for Jake. He has been an ideal patient the last week or so. Jake went to the vet this morning and had his stitches removed and his ECollar taken off. He pitched a fit when we gathered him up to go in the

Hello!!! I have a cat whose name is Tom. He has been recently diagnosed with diabetes. It is really sad news for me and my family, cause we treat him like a family member and love him so much.

I was trying to video her reaction to fireworks. Apparently she could sure see those. But when I got the camera out, she came to me. So I wanted a BG test anyway. Here is how she comes and gets her test (it doesn't usually take this long of course!)

| Poor Roxy - I bought a flat-panel monitor | 09 Jul 2007 06:35 GMT | 9 |
My old monitor was really on the way out yesterday, so last night I bought a new one, a flat-panel. Today she was cuddling with me on my desk, and then she got up to go to her usual spot atop the monitor. She went to jump up, and noticed that something wasn't quite right. So

| Purrs for Paulette | 09 Jul 2007 05:11 GMT | 24 |
I got an email from Paulette that she had a heart attack last week, got a quadruple bypass, and just came home yesterday. As many of us know, Paulette is sort of like RPCA's official lurker, a bit unusual and charming in that if she posted as much as she emailed,

| !!!! and SH*T | 09 Jul 2007 04:22 GMT | 6 |
OK, first the SH*T parts... I thought I was at the point where we could put the kittens in with Tayla full time since they've been in there loose for as long as an hour at a time. But yesterday, when they were playing with the stick with feathers,
