... but I was asleep and now I can't remember what it was! She really wanted to tell you all something. It had to do with sleeping all snuggled up with you (and maybe with her boyfurrend, Weebs!) Maybe also about some bacon & eggs. No, wait, that's what *I* was dreaming about. ...

I was getting worried when so many hairballs came from Baby Eyes and I hadn't seen any from the other cats. But now, each and every one has presented a large hairball - most recently Beatrice spit out a big orange one :) and Baby Eyes hasn't done any in three whole days :) - I ...

When I'm on the computer, everyone wants a piece of me. :) This evening, Licky got here first, and was ultra cuddly. He curled up with his front paws resting against my chest, purring intensely, and occasionally giving me little licks on my chin or cheek. Awww!

| Persia still tapping mama | 10 Apr 2007 05:08 GMT | 6 |
She knows it's not time. She was fed at 6PM. She knows it's not time to be fed. So now she's just making a game of it. Snuggle next to me on the sofa. Nice. I'm reading a book. Then I get a tap on my nose. Then she blinks at me, those big green-gold eyes. She slowly blinks ...

Well, I can blame part of it on him, at least. A few weeks ago, I had a brain MRI. I woke that day with my sciatica kicking in -- what fun. It was so bad, they offered me a wheelchair to get to the MRI machine!

I said a loving farewell to Panther, and sent him across the Rainbow Bridge to leave his physical pain and poor health behind. I can't forget how thin and light he was, or how he collapsed, even before the vet had given him the complete dose.

| Stinky Update | 09 Apr 2007 22:08 GMT | 9 |
Stinky got through his checkup. He was good as gold, except he was a little stingy with his blood, and had to be stuck a couple of times. The vet couldn't find anything wrong on examining him, but she's testing his blood, kidney and thyroid functions. She'll call tomorrow

| Head-shyness in cats | 09 Apr 2007 16:12 GMT | 10 |
When I move my face toward Abelard or Baby Eyes, they do the same to me. All the others back away, except Billy - he doesn't move forward or back. What's the reason behind the differences in behavior? How do your cats handle human-to-feline headbutting?
