My niece uploaded some more pics of her cats. Some funny boxing pictures
of Emil and Kasper. Then you zip past the cupcakes (if you can ;) and
see Emil enjoying himself in the ice and snow. That studded tough-boy
leash always makes me laugh. He's such a sweet little mama's boy.

It's still pretty rough here-- it all has that kind of dirty, worn
left-over late winter look.  But it is officially spring in my
postage-stamp backyard.  My purple and white crocuses are up, and
snoozing happily among them, is a big, round-faced orange-and -white

In the rain. Senyah had opened the door, and out he ran, into the pouring
rain.
When I got home, I went calling for him. My reflexes must be slowing down
- First Bucky, then Dulce Mae went out to help me find Little Boy.

This morning I saw on the news that a woman got sick after eating her

Posted once before, I still think it's a joke.  And it's not recommended for
the simple reason that good sole is *very* expensive.

I got some new photos of the finished wall unit/ cat furniture.  So far the
cats have gone on top on their own exactly zero times.  If I put Mongo on
the first step then he'll go up and hang out up there for perhaps five
minutes.  Time will tell if they take to it.

Rob and I have American versions of Aussie bush hats that we put lapel pins
on from

Does anyone know of any cat magazines that run fiction stories? I have
a story that I would like to submit. Thank you.

All the stories about the tainted dog and cat food refer to "cuts and
gravy" style food. I'm just wondering exactly what this means. Does it
refer only to *solid* chunks of meat in gravy? Or does it also mean
the "pate" type cat food that just looks like mush? Anyone know?
