I took Bosco in last week for lack of appetite and learned his kidneys
are in failure mode.  Since then he's had to put up with me syringing
food in, and subcut fluids twice a day, we've taken him off antibiotics
in case that was interfering with his appetite.  He's such a cuddlebug

Just now turned on the TV and saw what awful storms hit the state last
night.  I'm still trying to get in touch with my sister.  She should be fine
in Sarasota, but I'm not exactly sure where around Orlando her daughter and
grandchildren live.

John just called to tell me his mother died about an hour ago.  She was 90.
Despite all the things he's told me about her over the years (not too many
of them good) he was always the dutiful son.  Last year he moved her from
upstate New York to Arkansas to be closer to him when she ...
