| More about Otis | 31 Jan 2007 19:20 GMT | 15 |
So, superwoman has a headcold. Combined with the nasal congestion and snoring from just being pregnant, this has caused me to have to sleep practically sitting up. Otis has been right there - cradled in my arms purring and being a good companion. At least he was two nights ago ...

| Tedd | 31 Jan 2007 12:46 GMT | 2 |
Last night I gave Kramer some kitten chow, but he wasn't too interested in it and went off to see what mischief he could get into. Teddy was keeping an eye on it thinking she might get a little. I left it on the counter and a minute later she was up there checking it out. She ...

| Abelard's in luv. | 31 Jan 2007 04:18 GMT | 16 |
If Beatrice was an intact female I think Abelard would keep her happy without the consequence of bearing kittens. As it is, he is doing the best he can with a girlcat who seems to think he just wants to play. He grabs hold of her neck with his teeth and moves his hindquarters ...

| It's all my fault | 31 Jan 2007 04:00 GMT | 6 |
Here I was, sitting at the computer with Licky curled up on the desk, purring so hard he was creaking. He can be so cuddly when he's in the mood. Suddenly there was a noise in the room, which scared the ever-livin'

| A Yehudah Moment in the Cook Household | 31 Jan 2007 00:17 GMT | 10 |
Since I have a moment to post, I thought I'd tell this story. Some incidents that happen in my house (which usually involve Barnabus) cause me to scratch my head, burst out laughing and say, "That could only have happened to Dave Yehudah!". So this will be a DY post which is as ...

| A Visiting Furball... | 31 Jan 2007 00:14 GMT | 8 |
Today I was helping out at a Scout Group jumble sale. Into the car park wandered a neighbour's cat. A very large black & white boy - he must have weighed about 15kg (30lb)! Very friendly, demanding tummy rubs - but he didn't like being picked up :-(

| Do cats pretend they are people? | 30 Jan 2007 17:10 GMT | 14 |
Do cats pretend they are people? Consider Anya. She is a half-Siamese kitty who is full-grown, and just less than a year old. When her owner steps out of the shower and turns off the water, she steps into the wet bathtub, shakes her feet a little bit, and then just sits there facing

| If you bathe him, he will run | 30 Jan 2007 13:07 GMT | 9 |
I was finally sitting down last night for boobtube time, when the litterbox came and jumped up beside me to snuggle. *looks down* No, not the litterbox, Mithu, smelling of #2, strongly. Not wishing to

| Surprising tastes | 30 Jan 2007 01:22 GMT | 1 |
Sabrina sometimes pops off with stuff that is amazing. Richard, the dork who previously had her, was a hardcore SF-Fantasy fan who spent most of his time and money on gaming stuff, and watched a lot of Star Trek; specifically, Next Generation. Now, don't ever let anyone tell you ...

I'm Rocky, CEO (Cat Executive Officer) of ArtsyCatsy.blogspot.com, inviting you to come sniff us out. We're 15 formerly feral felines training our humans to start a new business for cat lovers. And we're corporate cats with a cause -- a portion of all proceeds from our

| toddler toys - on topic - really | 29 Jan 2007 21:36 GMT | 3 |
I have a two year old who visits with some regularity lately. When he gets here, he immediately drops all his coveted cars in the middle of the floor and drags out the cat toys. He is especially fond of the ones that are balls that go in circles and sticks with strings with ...

| My new part-time job | 29 Jan 2007 21:20 GMT | 6 |
I haven't posted in ages. I've gotten a part-time job from home, I'm kind of a 'service center' for a company, and answer questions routed to me. It started out at 20 hrs/wk but then grew like moss to 30 hrs/wk. Now, finally, back down to 20. Interesting but fatiguing.
