More cards will be late23 Dec 2006 17:49 GMT3
Don't worry, folks, I haven't forgotten to send out Christmas cards this
year. I've been working a bunch of 17-hour days lately, and just haven't
had time to get the cards out. They ought to be hitting the post office in
the next couple of days, though.
the cat who can walk through walls (far too long)23 Dec 2006 17:37 GMT14
To many of you this will be a familiar title because of the science
fiction story of the same name.

Suitably silly - enjoy.
Oh and saw a t-shirt slogan which amused me - scroll down - offence

Surprising Little Boy23 Dec 2006 03:02 GMT9
Little Boy has pretty much claimed the window sill of The Window
Behind the Dresser as his own, although I really try to discourage him
(okay, I only discourage him a *little bit*).
Today, I had to talk to the folks at the apartment complex office, so
What a great card!23 Dec 2006 01:41 GMT2
Well, they're all nice, and it's such a treat to get them all! But I am
especially impressed by the card from Mary, Holly and Duffy. I wonder if
everyone on the list got the same from them. The Duffy picture on the front
is priceless!
Vet Tech Journals: Lab results on my three.....22 Dec 2006 22:02 GMT15
I did blood and urine lab work on all three of my kitties.  They were
all QUITE put out that their own Meowmie was sticking them with
needles.  I apologized by giving them gooshy food that night.
The lab results are back and in terms of bloodwork, they all are fine.

Lovely day22 Dec 2006 20:23 GMT17
Today is my birthday.
Vernon is away, so it's just Nathan & I at home (apart from the cats).
Nathan got me a wonderful birthday present: the DVD of the live performance
of Jeff Wayne's 'War of the Worlds'
Kind of OT: New addition22 Dec 2006 20:11 GMT26
As you know we're taking on the fluffy kitty.  My husband has already been
calling her Furbie - remember the stuffed toys?  Long hair, big eyes?  I
don't care for that name, but we'll work that out later.  In any case, we're
going to have 4 cats in our tiny 800 square foot house; ...
Lost the Internet!22 Dec 2006 20:05 GMT2
We got caught up in the winter storm that took the Seattle area.  We
were without power for 26 hours.  No biggie there, but our ISP WAS DOWN
FOR 3 DAYS!!!!  It's a small one that I've been very happy with for 6
years now (still am - power outage wasn't their fault), so I've ...
Recipe for the Cats22 Dec 2006 20:00 GMT4
I got into a deal last month that provides me with a box of food from Angel
Food Ministries each month. Well I found out yesterday that there isn't a
whole lot of stuff in the box for someone whose main foods don't come from
animals, so I'm finding ways to supplement the ...
Back and with apologies to all22 Dec 2006 19:58 GMT6
I didn't intend to offend anyone and I shouldn't have let -L get under my
skin.  Mea culpa.  I've still no idea why she takes what I say here and
carries tales about it to another ng (and, FYI, that's why I posted to her
here, because what she does originates from my comments here). ...

I hope Christy won't mind me posting this -- I'm hoping not because she
gave the website address to all of us.

progress and some of the info about the surgery. I'm posting today's
