Christmas Presents28 Dec 2006 06:09 GMT4
I only got 1 present as I don't celebrate it, but Otis got 2!! One was
a chicken fillet which he woofed down so fast he threw it straight back
up again, little piggy.  Doesn't usually get meat apart from what's in
his cat food, so I guess he can't really be blamed.  The other was ...
Da Boyz R in da 'hood28 Dec 2006 02:15 GMT8
The garden has been taken over. I used to have a lone semi-tame male
pheasant residing in the garden. Well, he was wild but wouldn't run a mile
when I went out to top up the bird food supplies. In the Spring, he'd bring
a couple of ladies along too :-)
Happy Holidays!27 Dec 2006 21:24 GMT2
Happy Holidays to all! Hope all your holidays were festive. The one

tissue paper! One cat in particular, Lucy our black and white who is 16
years old, loves tissue paper. We will lay a couple pieces down and she

Last night while I was sitting in the back room contemplating all that
didn't get done, my little calico  girl came in to see what I was up to.
Now earlier she had spent a good fifteen minutes denuding a catnip plant.
(Camera is still missing)   She gets her head in the middle of ...

from Theresa --
Yes, you found me!

Kenzie's Christmas27 Dec 2006 21:12 GMT3
I didn't get home until after 1 AM local time, so it's Christmas here.
Kenzie was hungry, and was meowing at the closet door where her bag of
food is kept.
Instead, I put down an extra food bowl (Blizzard's, RB; sniff....)
Buster's Admirer27 Dec 2006 21:10 GMT1
Today Buster was outside.
As I watched him, he shimmied up a small tree. Higher he went, until
he was about ten feet up.
After Buster got settled in, a young lady (new neighbor, I think) was
Hey RPCA Folks!27 Dec 2006 20:52 GMT11
I've been away for a bit but want to thank everyone again for the holiday
cards which are still arriving in the mail <G>
John came to visit for a couple of days after dealing with some things at
his mom's house in Rochester.  He brought a number of things back to give
Happy Christmas from Us and the Cats27 Dec 2006 18:24 GMT1
We had a delightfully quiet little christmas at home with the girls,

Christmas cards27 Dec 2006 06:16 GMT6
Thanks to everyone for the cards we have had so far.
Ours are going to be late, but will go in the post soon - parenthood
has delayed Christmas preparations this year but I will be sending
soon.

The Colorado Blizzard27 Dec 2006 03:52 GMT30
Well, east of the mountains we have been pounded all day and the
evening News said it won't quit for another 24 hours! The News also
said the governor had declared an emergency and called out the
National Guard with HumVees to rescue stranded motorists. All the
The can of Rice Cream [OT][BW]27 Dec 2006 01:36 GMT50
For the upteempth time I muttered to myself "God, I hate Christmas". I
smiled through clenched teeth and sayed a perfunctory "thanks anyway" after
the person behind the post office counter - that I had queued up at for a
good 20 minutes - informed me matter of factly that they were ...
