The Best Friends animal sanctuary (in Utah) has been involved in rescuing cats and dogs from Lebanon since the fighting began. They're about to bring 300 animals from Beirut to their facility in Kanab, Utah, and they sent out an email, looking for volunteers (to adopt!).

I am seeing a Physical Therapist twice a week. And I now have several exercises to do at home every day twice a day. Some of them I do standing up. some of them I do on the bed. And that is where I have trouble.
