slight moment of depression
At least i found something to take my mind off of stuff
My computer crashed this weekend and I got it back up this morning

It doesn't matter how much you know something is coming- it's still a
shock when it does. The hospital I work at is being closed down in 8
weeks time so I'm looking at redundancy.
Have a few interviews lined up but would appreciate some purrs

Pandora just pitched up (8.30pm) as I was cleaning Gertie's hutch out.
She's been out for about 24 - 48 hours from what I can work out, and
she's favouring her duff leg a little, so it looks like she has over

Please could Pandora have some get your fuzzy butt home NOW! purrs
please? I have been away for 10 days, and recieved a phone call from the
person pet sitting this morning, telling me that all 5 cats had broken
through the locked cat flap during the night, and were all missing.

There's not a lot of live prey in an apartment in Florida, but Tessie
managed to find some... I opened the cupboard in the livingroom and
she darted in, then out again - only when she came out she wasn't
alone!

Ok  here we go  they are predicting a hurricane to form tonight or tomorrow
as soon as it goes over Cuba.  This is a little to close to the anniversary
of Katrina for my comfort.

All the cats have their games. Stosh plays Tail, which involves catching and
holding, or swinging from, Mama's "tail" or my braid; Brandy plays Keyboard,
the object of which is to keep me away from the computer by any and all means
of distractioon; Odessa likes to play Tag and ...

Persia gets fed prescription Hill's x/d to prevent bladder stones, 1/2 a cup
a day, on vets orders.  It's dry kibble.  But she continually tries to guilt
me into giving her more.  She's never been one to hang out in the kitchen,
not even when I'm cooking.  In the past, she'd follow ...

November 6, 2004 I went to go pick up 2 kittens to bring home with
me. Shadow had gone to the RB in July of that year, and I wasn't
anxious to add another furry baby into the house right away. He
left a big hole in my heart, along with the other big hole.

I'm not asking for purrs, just good thoughts for old lady Natasha as
we move to Indianapolis this weekend.
This is her 4th move, and the others have gone ok. She was fine after
a few days of settling in.  I'm hoping this one is just as uneventful

Still no sight of Buster.
We occasionally get one of the local kids responding to our posters,
but it always turns out not to be him.
I am thankful that nobody has come to our door saying, "We saw him

I think this cat really hates be trapped and to be in a shelter. Bad
Idea to pet this kitty at the moment.
