| It's the COmputer Chair | 17 Jul 2006 04:25 GMT | 23 |
Finally, after months of itching and misery. After too many doses of prednisone to keep the itch at bay. After at least three visits to my PCP. And lots of various remedies rubbed into skin that didn't want me to sleep at night.

| Mommy, I'm SO hot!!! | 17 Jul 2006 01:37 GMT | 7 |
I've just had a call from my neighbour 2 doors up to go get my cat. Lily is a very sociable kitty, and she likes human bitties because they play with her. It seems they keep having to fish her out of the kiddies paddling pool! Lily and the kids have apparently been spending the ...

| Timothy Kitten visits TED | 16 Jul 2006 11:48 GMT | 6 |
I was concerned that Timothy still hadn't eaten anything by lunchtime today (48 hours without food) and by his continued shaking/shivering so off we went to see TED. The journey there, 2 mins walking, proved to me there is nothing wrong with his lungs or vocal

| If it wasn't for the cats.... | 16 Jul 2006 10:03 GMT | 69 |
.....I would have ended it all tonight. I'm at my lowest point for years and I really don't know why. I've got tears running down my face, it's only Snoopy purring that's keeping me going.

| Prancing little furball | 16 Jul 2006 05:33 GMT | 1 |
Friday, as I was headed to my car to go to work, I see this teeny little kitten prancing up the sidewalk towards me, obviously proud of something. He is all black, with a small blaze of white on his chest, and very

| Nowhere is safe! | 16 Jul 2006 00:23 GMT | 16 |
Tessie is small, lightweight and athletic... in short a born high-jumper! If you hold out a feather-on-a-stick she can jump about a foot higher than the doorknob from a standing start! Scouty has trouble getting her hind-end off the ground without a

| The strange psychology of losing a 'pet' (for lack of a better term) ... | 16 Jul 2006 00:16 GMT | 9 |
Thanks to all of you, for well wishes and your posts regarding the passing of my Oreo cat. Dusty has been here at my side, comforting me ... and when she is away doing something else, Cosmo takes over those duties. Its funny how they know.

| Things are still looking up | 15 Jul 2006 23:34 GMT | 12 |
Seems to be going quite well for Vino so far. This morning he ate some of an Iams pouch. I've found that microwaving the food does not help him at all, he likes it cold. I guess it's what he's used to, being an only cat, most of his food comes straight from the fridge.

| Update: Unspecified Purrs | 15 Jul 2006 23:23 GMT | 4 |
So far, it looks like the purrs are helping. I still can't say with what (big grin), but continued purrs are appreciated until I can mention it. Hugs and Purrs,

| Introducing Timothy Kitten | 15 Jul 2006 23:16 GMT | 20 |
I have one very traumatised and scared 10 week old kitten huddled at the back of a cat basket in the kitten pen in my bedroom at the moment. The same old story - he was found wandering the streets yesterday. He's another white and black kitten which seems to be the
