Rabies Vax Reaction?05 Jun 2006 21:51 GMT22
Biskit has started limping on her right foot; I checked the paw and leg
and there is nothing visibly wrong and no swelling that I can discern.
The tenderness seems to be in the shoulder, not the leg itself. She had
a rabies vax two weeks ago. Talked to the vet today, and he said it ...

stressful enough but he's happy but today he has to take his dad to the
hospital because his dad is ill and they don't know what it is. Also

Stars Fell on Henrietta05 Jun 2006 19:42 GMT19
Has anyone else seen this movie?
Robert Duvall is the actor in the leading role, and he has a constant
companion, a cat he calls Matilda, who is quite a character. They even go
hitchhiking together!
Merlin got mobbed05 Jun 2006 18:11 GMT13
Looked out of the window earlier on at the sound of increased bird
agitation outside. Merlin was meatloafing very low to the ground, ears
back and tail swishing, facing away from an audience of two crows and
two magpies around him on the ground who were heckling as loudly as they
Dulce Mae is my hero05 Jun 2006 12:43 GMT10
Time for the sometimes annual vacuuming of the carpet (grin).
I started unwinding the cord of the Dyson (which vacuum I highly
recommend, btw), and Buster starts giving me worried looks. Little
Feet prepares to run. Little Boy gives me an odd "What are you doing?"
Naptime with Little Boy05 Jun 2006 12:39 GMT6
I've started calling him Smiley Bear, both for his kitty smiles, and
his tendency to cuddle like a teddy bear.
Today, I took a brief nap, and got all snug in the bed. When I woke
up, Little Boy was cuddled up close, his head on my chin (well, on my
Cats and Human Food05 Jun 2006 07:02 GMT5
I have two 12 week old adorable bundles of chaos, who like most kittens
are into everything and anything (regardless of whether they are
supposed to be or not. I have had cats before but never ones who will
actually seek me out to try to eat my food (and I mean whatever you
Traveling with pets05 Jun 2006 04:42 GMT1
I just came across this article, and since so many ask questions
about traveling with pets, or moving them, this seems very
informational:

apologies...05 Jun 2006 02:59 GMT5
Seems I inadvertently contributed to, or started, a flame-war (see "my kitten
is very sick.") And some peoples' feelings got stepped on. That's not
something I like to get involved in. Please forgive...please?
Blessed be,

Vet in Savannah04 Jun 2006 19:02 GMT2
Well, we still need to get Cinder to a vet for a teeth cleaning.  We also
will need to board the kitties for a few days in Savannah. That is where we
will have the boat docked.
I will be gone for about a week to Oregon for family matters.  We will board

Memphis and Phoenix04 Jun 2006 06:32 GMT1
The UK is having a bit of summer and M&P are flat out. Indoor cats, they
sniff the outside air through any available opening. We have windows on
latches, with very small gaps so they are not able to escape. They alternate
between attacks of zoomies and excitement and just, well, ...

One of The Yowlet's favourite shows is Bob The Builder. I quite like Bob The
Builder too. its a nice litle show with good ethics and enough stuff to keep
us adults somewhat interested (lthe romance between Bob & Wendy, for
example).
