| OT; a lovely day | 09 Jun 2006 08:43 GMT | 10 |
Well I have had a truly lovely day on the bike. Did a couple of jaunts, about 40 miles in total. Went to the local CTC meet this morning and this evening, as it was Nathan's club TT this evening, I had my bike on the back of the car - watched Nathan (& Vernon) do the TT and then ...

| Licking lips | 09 Jun 2006 07:00 GMT | 10 |
Lindy, who is about 11 years old, has been licking her lips a lot lately. She acts as though she had just eaten something that tasted bad. Does anybody have any clues as to what might cause this, and whether it merits a trip to TED? She's due for her shots next month, so I'd ...

| Tessie's not a baby any more! | 09 Jun 2006 05:36 GMT | 4 |
I was just looking at Tessie and she must have had another growth spurt while I wasn't looking, because her body is finally longer than her tail... I usually pick her up and tuck her under my arm when I go to the front door, but she's too long to fit nicely now - I almost

| The new cat flap doesn't work... | 09 Jun 2006 05:30 GMT | 3 |
... according to Baggy. I had a new door fitted a couple of days ago and that meant fitting a new cat flap, the new one is identical to the one in the old house so Snoopy has no problem with it. Because it's different, Baggy is slightly afraid of it, he can go out alright but says ...

| Reporting back to the Mothership | 09 Jun 2006 05:07 GMT | 5 |
Don't know if this one's been posted before. But in case it hasn't - it's obviously someone is learning how to use the technology to report back to the Mothership ;-) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cdXTDovB9K8&feature=Featured&page=1&t=t&f=b

| Daddy kort a burd | 09 Jun 2006 03:31 GMT | 4 |
I was sitting with the back door open, it's a beautiful sunny day, when a fledgling starling flew in. It's lucky I was here, I think even Snoopy could have caught it, she was interested. I caught very quickly and let go outside, happily it wasn't harmed.

| Computer Help Please | 09 Jun 2006 02:36 GMT | 12 |
OK This is not a big deal but it is driving me crazy. When I click on a folder in My Documents, instead of opening the folder as it used to, the computer now opens a search of the folder. Yes I can right click and select open, but this old dog isn't adjusting to new tricks.

| Fennel tea? | 09 Jun 2006 02:06 GMT | 3 |
OK, is FENNEL tea OK for cats? Sugar nearly walked off with a mug on her head trying to get to the dregs of my fennel tea. I mean she WANTED it bad. I can't really find anything on the net.

| Where is Hopitus? | 09 Jun 2006 02:03 GMT | 6 |
It appears she's been absent for quite some time. Does anyone know what she's up to?

| Ignoring the birds | 09 Jun 2006 01:21 GMT | 1 |
I have three hummingbird feeders at three different windows. One of the feeders has been very busy with up to 8 birds trying to drink from four ports. One would think that Amber and Tiger would be fascinated by them. They couldn't care less!!

| Mousie | 09 Jun 2006 00:32 GMT | 1 |
I glanced away from the computer when I heard noises in the kitchen. It was Boyfie playing with something. It was a dead mousie, he left it for me and went out again. I woke Kitty up and put it under her nose. She scarfed it down. It doesn't

| Joint Health | 08 Jun 2006 22:03 GMT | 8 |
Do any of you with older kitties give them anything, e.g. glucosamine to help support their joints? I'm starting to see the least little bit of stiffness in Stinky in the past week or so-- he likes to cross rooms without touching the floor, and he is in the habit of making

| Betty is gone | 08 Jun 2006 17:01 GMT | 82 |
My poor, poor baby is gone. She was so wonderful and loving. She was so beautiful, even in the end. And I feel so haunted by the horror of watching her die. She was such a good little kitty, and never did anything wrong! She didn't deserve any of this!
