Poppet debate16 Jun 2006 13:09 GMT7
Just to close off the in/out debate Poppet was an indoor cat for 2 years
before we moved to a house instead of a flat. When at the flat having never
gone out she would still try to claw open the windows and literally climb
the wooden door! Since going out she has been a *much* ...
Still good w/o Feliway....16 Jun 2006 13:04 GMT2
It's been 16 days now, and Eli hasn't been acting up much at all. He got
into a mood a couple of times,
nothing major, and then I guess to show remorse for forgetting to be nice,
he spends extra time grooming the other cats. It's a gas to watch as he goes
We'll have been married 22 years tomorrow Sorta OT16 Jun 2006 12:14 GMT24
Well, June 13th makes it another year in the married life of Rob and I.
We joke that we stayed married for the kids...neither of us would take
them.  However, it's been a fun life and we're loving what we can of it.
Rob is incredible and I can't say enough about how awesome ...
Max is home16 Jun 2006 11:28 GMT30
I took his ashes home today.
Max is sleeping on one of his favorite bookshelves.
Cat of a lifetime.
But I'm not dead yet.
Two lumps16 Jun 2006 06:19 GMT10
No, not the comic.
My landlord bought me a shower stall. My bathroom floor always gets
flooded when I take a shower because there is nothing stopping the water
from getting out except the shower curtain (which is full of holes since
Don't wanna go out!16 Jun 2006 06:06 GMT9
It's raining torrentially today and Vino has lost all interest in going
out even though there is a wide covered veranda all along one side of
the house.
First thing in the morning, he wanted out.  I let him out and that
Revenge of Roxie16 Jun 2006 00:59 GMT2
Okay, maybe it can happen—I’m beginning to think that Roxie has been chosen
by God to heap the payback of some doing unto others that I did a couple of
years ago—specifically, when I had my wisdom teeth removed. I was a horrid
patient, but then I had a horrid doctor: the woman ...
Poppet is home!15 Jun 2006 23:08 GMT60
Poppet has been missing since Febuary - we had a phone call last Friday to
say she was at the Golf Club 1/4 mile away. Apparently she's been there for
some months, but no one could get near enough to read her tag.
On friday she calmly strolled into the members bar, and jumped up ...

Two boys went out today!15 Jun 2006 19:22 GMT6
I bought a tiny adjustable harness today and walked two of the boys, Tommy
first, then Eli.
Tommy was very frightened out there! The only time he relaxed a bit was when
I put him on top of a big barrel and brushed him. Tons of fur came out. At
Tippy Antics15 Jun 2006 18:58 GMT5
Last night I got groceries. When I got home and unloaded them, Tippy had to
jump up on the counter to check them out. He was probably checking to make sure
I got thier treats. Tippy has to check out every thing that is brought in the
house. Nothing gets in without his thorough ...
Screams in the Afternoon15 Jun 2006 17:27 GMT2
I was zoned out on the couch yesterday afternoon when I startled all
the way awake by screams and hisses coming from the living room.
Spotsie was seeing the neighbor's ginger and white tomcat through the
window and wasn't pleased at all by the view.  The other cat was
ping Randy15 Jun 2006 12:49 GMT1
Hey Randy,
Just wanted to let you know that I've downloaded one of your photos
of Tippy - the one of him lying on his side, on a green bedspread, I
believe. I was at work when I did it, so it's on the desktop of my
Vino vs. The Ball15 Jun 2006 04:53 GMT18
So I was out in the front yard the other day, trying to "weed" in
preparation for my rental inspection.  Found a kid's soccer ball way
deep inside a bush.  I pulled it out and put it on the side of the
road/driveway, thinking some kids from the neighbourhood might take it
