DH finished the game!  He got up to about level 12 and the game just
ended.  Level 10 proved to be his biggest challenge, but then he
noticed that some of the walls had cracks in them (it's subtle) and
they're the walls susceptible to bombs.  Me? I'm still stuck on level

In case you hadn't heard, the horse Barbaro, who was favored to win
today's Preakness Stakes, broke his leg in two places during the race
earlier.  These injuries are extremely serious for these horses, and

Purrs to all who need them.  I've been busy between doctor's appts. and
phone calls trying to get funding for my "crap".
Anyone who's a breast cancer survivor, I highly commend you!  It's not easy

Most of my cats have last names (Ozy and Millie Undefoot, Avery and
Mudpie Smallcat, Fleagor Bigcat, etc.) but Tigger has been with me for
a couple of years now without one.  Saturday he earned one: Tigger

After reading several times on this group how good the Zoom Groom was, I
finally remembered to get one today when I was stocking up on cat food. I
tried it on Baggy and he loved it, I was very surprised how much fur it got

Joy, our dog (friend of all cats) flew the coop this morning.  Jona
walked out; I hadn't yet got the leash on Joy and she followed.  It
being lovely weather, she enthusiastically bounded off.  I raced after
her but she was soon out of sight.  She does this every once in a

Betty has problems with her jaw, making her drool and bleed on
herself, and unable to clean properly, so I've been wiping her down
when necessary, and keeping her clean the best I can.  Last week, I
had to give Betty a bath for the first time.
