I've finally got the fat wench to post for me.  We've been on the
Atlantic Ocean for almost a month and have taken our time to get to
England.  The first month or so of any sailing ship cruise is a shake
down of new crew members and equipment.  We had a new spinnaker

One of my cats is for some reason attracted to freshly washed clothes.  I
live in a block of flats and use communal washing lines but she checks out
all the neighbours clothes and is always happy when the lines are full of
washing.  Is there a reason for this?

I bought a special pot of cat grass for Persia and it's about 5 inches tall
now.  She has sniffed at it but she won't eat it.  I'm not sure if this is
because she knows not to eat my other couple of houseplants and thinks
she'll get in trouble if she does or maybe she just doesn't ...

Feline pine works really well, but with three cats instead of two I
seem to be constantly changing the litterbox and buying more of the
stuff! So when I went into the store to pick some more up today I
noticed the bag next to it 'World's Best Cat Litter' - it claims to be

Luna has an open wound on her butt. I'm taking her to TED this
afternoon. It doesn't look infected, but it's very close to her anus, so
there's risk of contamination.
Hopefully this is nothing serious and all she'll get is a fancy collar
