| Very OT: USA-ians - who watches John Stewart's Daily Show? | 13 May 2006 22:11 GMT | 2 |
This is shown (a day or so late) on More4, a digital channel in the UK. What I want to know is - what do you all make of Dave Gorman, who's appeared as a correspondent recently?

| Please Explain | 13 May 2006 22:07 GMT | 10 |
Please explain why IBKFergus hurtles around the house in full halloween mode, chasing greeblings, and why she'll bat pretty much anything that is even remotely battable around for hours on end, and why her favourite place to go a'hunting is the kitchen with the wood floor ao that ...

| Quit Staring at Me! | 13 May 2006 20:50 GMT | 2 |
Okay Persia, I know you're there. It's not time for your food yet. Remember, you're on a feeding schedule. Stop staring at me; that isn't going to change things. No, I'm not getting food, it only looks like I am walking towards the kitchen but I'm not, honest! Okay, cut it out!

| Big Thunderstorm | 13 May 2006 18:46 GMT | 11 |
I always think about the kitties who are afraid of thunder when we get a thunderstorm, fortunately my two cats don't seem to mind. I know Persia doesn't like thunder. I'm not too surprised we are getting a thunderstorm here. We just had two

| Petrus purrs | 13 May 2006 17:46 GMT | 29 |
My mom is worried sick about her cat Petrus. He wasn't eating and acted all "huddley" so she took him in. The vet said xrays showed a lot of hair in the intestines and he got an enema. They said there was still stuff in there but it should work out. He came home, ate some and threw ...

| I'm Losing Bandit | 13 May 2006 17:17 GMT | 54 |
I wasn't satisfied with what my vet was telling me about Bandit's blindness (that it was just a result of old age) - I researched it and found that, in cats, age alone is almost never the cause of blindness. So I took her to another vet.

| Civil War Smokey | 13 May 2006 15:20 GMT | 2 |
My messageboard, the Allspark (www.allspark.com) has a new bandwagon fad. Marvel Comics "Civil War" event involves downloadable banners where you can proclaim your allegiance to one or the other group of superheros in the Marvel Civil War. We've been photoshopping our own

| A sick radio station hoax | 13 May 2006 14:57 GMT | 7 |
First, let me state right off that this article is about a HOAX - as sick as it was, no real cat was endangered. However, it was a sick prank, and I sincerely hope the city sues these folks for as much as they can get. Good thing I didn't hear it (though I

| Ripley and Cav go to the vets | 13 May 2006 00:14 GMT | 11 |
It's that time of year again, booster vacs, checkups and Program jabs. It's a hot day here in Preston, and both cats were out on the lawn, lazing around unsuspectingly when I wandered out and scooped them up, one at a time, and shut them in the house whilst I got the carriers from ...

| my grandma (continued) (ot) | 12 May 2006 23:27 GMT | 14 |
Back in March I asked for purrs for my grandmother. She has congestive heart failure. That means that her heart is trying to pump blood too fast. It goes SO fast that it can't fill with blood before it contracts, so fluid backs up into her lungs. And it's going
