My kitten is very sick!!31 May 2006 22:17 GMT173
I have a kitten, about 4 1/2 weeks old, and it has had many problems for the
last couple of weeks.  When it was born it was a normal size, the same as the
rest, and just recently it has gotten smaller than the rest, is normally fat
at the stomache but has very skinny legs and ...
I hit the jackpot today (OT)31 May 2006 22:16 GMT11
I rushed out the door at 4:20 for the Post Office (which closes at 4:30),
and on the way over I see a Yard Sale sign. So when I got done at the P.O. I
went up there, not really expecting to find anything good (too late in the
day), but hopeful...
Purrs needed please31 May 2006 21:38 GMT30
I could use some purrs for my sisters kittens. She isn't in the
position financially or without time/responsibility constraints to
be trying to raise 5 kittens plus try to keep the mama cat inside
right now. I have been begging her to let me take the whole bunch

Rest in Peace Charlie31 May 2006 12:58 GMT29
I didn't say Rainbow Bridge because he gets to join my father who died
two and a half months ago.  So his person is already waiting for him.
It seems he just died of sadness.  He had a strong streak of siamese in
him and when my father, his one strong bond died and left him, he ...

The house across the way...31 May 2006 06:35 GMT18
I believe I've mentioned the rental house across the street from me a couple
of times (the last time earlier this year when the tree in their front yard
fell on it)
Just this morning, while out watering our flower beds at the ungodly hour of
How friendly are your furry masters?31 May 2006 04:47 GMT40
We have three cats, all with very different attitudes to life... Scout
and Silver are littermates but their temperaments are WORLDS apart.
Scouty is incredibly skittish and timid and she runs a mile when
anyone comes to the door. When she first came to us she used to bolt
Going out of town in two days31 May 2006 04:46 GMT6
Eeeep!  I can't believe my trip is only two days away!
Anyway, wanted to warn everyone, especially Persia's boyfurent Weebs (!),
that Persia will be off to the vet for boarding for 6 days.  I haven't
alarmed her by packing yet since my flight doesn't leave until Wedesday
Springtime with Betty31 May 2006 04:26 GMT53
I know I haven't been posting much.  It's hard talking about Betty
these days.  But she's made it to spring!  I took a picture of her a
few days ago when she started using her warm weather squirrel lookout
spot again, which has gone dusty and unused all season.  I never
PING: anyone in JAPAN31 May 2006 02:12 GMT15
I've just come across one of the funniest things I've ever read, which to
properly appreciate one must enjoy eating natto (one of my very favorite
foods). Put down your cup, swallow whatever's in your mouth, and proceed to:

We are at the St. Augustine Municipal Marina for shore leave to see the
sights.  Although there is an anchorage next to the marina and people come
in by dinghy (small boat used for transportation away from the bigger boat),
we opted for a slip.
purrs for Joy31 May 2006 01:23 GMT15
Joy, our dog (friend of all cats) flew the coop this morning.  Jona
walked out; I hadn't yet got the leash on Joy and she followed.  It
being lovely weather, she enthusiastically bounded off.  I raced after
her but she was soon out of sight.  She does this every once in a
Purrs for Dulce Mae please30 May 2006 22:32 GMT16
Poor girl - she developed an infection in her eyes, and I took her to
the kitty doctor this morning.
They checked for corneal scratches with the black light (coool!), and
determined that she started out with an allergy that developed into an
PLEASE Take a moment to remember30 May 2006 22:25 GMT17
Hello everyone I hope that your memorial day is going great like mine.  But
I had to take a moment when my young nice came up to me and asked me why
memorial day is celebrated.  I had to look down at her and give her that
proud smile that all parent or family gets when some one ...
