Sugar and TV10 Apr 2006 04:25 GMT4
Suddenly this a.m. Sugar is having a field day with Face the Nation!
Their hands!  Bod Schaeffer and the GM guy who is on move their hands
just enough that they pop up on the screen and she is finding that
FASCINATING!! LOL!
Photo - "What a big mouth you have, Duffy"10 Apr 2006 03:55 GMT1
I just posted my latest photo of Duffy -- I caught him in the middle of the
biggest yawn I think I have ever seen on a cat!  (Posted to

Cats and Music10 Apr 2006 03:04 GMT13
What types of music do your cats like?  I just purchased Cusco's
Apurimac III album, and started playing it. The first song is called
Ghost Dance, and when it came on my cats got all puffy and alarmed (it
has heavy drum beats), and ran upstairs. They soon came down with ears

I think I have four owners now10 Apr 2006 02:38 GMT20
I'm not sure when it happened, but at some time in the last month, I
went from being a fosterer to being owned. (Shut up Yowie!)  I am still
resisting it, but the fact remains that Calico is still here, partly due
to my father's death and partly due to her illness and partly due ...
Another bath for Billy09 Apr 2006 23:53 GMT15
He got poopie stuck in the fur under his tail again. He was almost as good
as his sister in the bath. Only difference is he cried a little bit and made
a few small moves toward getting out of the tub, but he never put out a
claw.
She did it again...little minx...09 Apr 2006 23:31 GMT10
I've just walked into the kitchen, to find Pandora coming *IN* through
the cat flap. It seems that even though the flap is quite a complicated
one, and on *IN only* (and bearing in mind that the other cats can't
work it properly unless it's set to the right setting for the direction
Brrrrush!09 Apr 2006 22:36 GMT9
I love it.  Once a week (or so; I've been lax lately) I say, "Wanna get
brushed?" and Persia charges for the couch.
When Persia first acquired me in 2001, when I picked up a litter box at
Walgreen's I also grabbed a thing labelled a 'cat brush'.  What did I know
More video clip trouble09 Apr 2006 20:16 GMT8
Pat kindly converted my short clip of Caliban on the cat tree into a
.wmv file. I exchanged the old .avi file for the new .wmv one. Now my
Firefox shows the correct player, but won't play the clip. I press play
and nothing happens. What did I do wrong now? It's at
WHOA!! April "GOTCHA!"09 Apr 2006 13:12 GMT17
The "April GOTCHA!" is my dad's name for an April snowstorm,
particularly one that hits after the switch to daylight-savings, after
the daffodils are up, and after we've had a few balmy days to lull us
into a false sense of security.  And that's what's happening now.  I

Yep, she's still growing (and growing, and growing...).  Sorry for putting
my ugly face in the picture, but I wanted to show some comparison - Sammy is
perfectly proportioned so it's hard to tell how big she is if there's not
something else in the picture to put her size into ...
Pics and poems--the second round!09 Apr 2006 12:46 GMT13
1.  I'm pretending to be good.
As though I did the things I should.
I have not done what I should not.
And I sure hope I don't get caught.

Well, the important one worked. Ding showed up. I had locked Rhonda and
Mr. Clark in a bathroom, Mr. Clark losing some dignity when he
struggled away and landed in a litterbox.
When I opened the door, tonight's moving having been done, the two
Sneaky Dulce Mae09 Apr 2006 04:37 GMT1
I was in the bathroom last week, and Dulce Mae followed me in. She
pulled open the cabinet door under the sink, and went inside.
Thinking I was being funny, I pushed the door closed behind her.
She pushed it back open a bit, reached out and slapped my knee. She
