Persia kills the Bathtub Greeblings16 Apr 2006 00:22 GMT5
I got up in the middle of the night to use the toilet in that room that has
the bathtub in it.  Persia came in and inspected the room and discovered,
OMG!  There are Greeblings in the bathtub!  Oh no!  They might get us!
Immediately she jumped in and started pouncing on them.  She ...
Regarding Fuzzies15 Apr 2006 22:24 GMT10
I had scanned a couple of covers into my computer and tried to post them
on my yahoo pictures account, but of course I failed.  :-(
So I went into http://amazon.com and found their H. Beam Piper
collection and, apparently a bunch of them are being re-printed.
Cats fighting or 'mating'  ?? longish - need crossed fingers and purrs15 Apr 2006 20:57 GMT4
I've told the story of maMA, found last summer, pg, got her spayed, she then
brought a litter of 5 out of hiding. Homes for 4, kept Loki, the boy.
maMA spends as much time in as out. She comes in, curls up on a box by the puter
or on our bed and isn't heard from the rest of the ...

Are male cats good parents?15 Apr 2006 20:10 GMT10
I am curious to know if male cats are good parents in the situations where
they are around when a mate produces a litter of kittens.
Do they take an active role in raising the "kids", hunting for their supper,
training them to hunt, etc. or do they leave the female to do all the ...
Purrs for rescued cats from hoarder15 Apr 2006 19:17 GMT10
A local woman in Central Texas had 80 cats removed by a shelter. The
good news is that other than a bad case of ear mites and a few skinny
ones, all the cats are adoptable!
Please purr for these kitties to find forever homes soon. Help
PING: Monique15 Apr 2006 13:06 GMT31
I tell you what, since I started avoiding almost anything that is not
organic I have seen a major improvement (also on Librax still). I am also
observing that the *combination* in which I eat is important (I believe).
but the biggest thing is I have not eaten out at any restaurant ...
How long does a cat remember?15 Apr 2006 12:12 GMT6
I'm sure we've all heard the line "If only your mother could see know, she'd
be so proud...." in movies or TV shows.
That line got me to wondering about how my cats' mothers' would feel if they
ever met their offspring again. Of course mindreading is pretty difficult
Villagers put on banquet for cats15 Apr 2006 06:56 GMT3
A Chinese village splashed out on a fish banquet for more than 200 cats to
thank them for their hard work.

Do they know what they've got?15 Apr 2006 03:03 GMT16
I currently have a lapful of drooling Pokey Smokey.  Despite the
puddle-o-drool on one draft of my term paper, I can't move this happy
boy.  Smokey is just in kitty heaven right now.
It's hard to imagine how thin and hungry and dull-furred and timid he
cat grass pics14 Apr 2006 21:20 GMT4
Just got our 1st crop of springtime cat grass growing this year since the
weather has been so nice.  Here are pics of my boys enjoying.  They will eat
all this in about 2 weeks and I just keep adding more seeds all summer.  Cat
grass is made up of barley, oats and some other ...

Missy gets a trim!14 Apr 2006 20:25 GMT2
Missy, being long-haired, is getting poo stuck in her nether-fur!  We
trimmed a lot out yesterday, but I am taking her to TED for a proper trim
this afternoon.
I think the problem is that she keeps getting into the kittens' food, and it
Trail of destruction14 Apr 2006 19:14 GMT3
I got home from work tonight and the first thing I noticed when I entered
the lounge was a few smashed ornaments on the floor.
I looked upwards and saw two shelves which had been on the wall for
megayears with a few photos and ornaments was off the wall.  I began to
