Brother Scott: No Cancer20 Mar 2006 17:06 GMT20
I don't know what further testing the oncologist said but he told my brother
he does not have lung cancer.  Of course he fussed at him for being a smoker
and Scott is going to try to quit.  Meanwhile, he'll go back in 6 months for
another check just to make sure.  Thank you all for ...

FIP vaccination20 Mar 2006 14:41 GMT19
Both my kitties live indoors.  Although both rescues, they are 3 years
apart in age and free of health problems.  Still I worry about FIP
knowing two people who each suddenly and tragically lost a young and
otherwise healthy cat to this disease.

Where's that boy?20 Mar 2006 12:03 GMT5
Hmm... I've been on the computer for a couple of hours, and Smudge
is here, happily destroying my monitor by sleeping on the vent. Roxy
is snoozing on the living room couch. But I haven't seen Licky around
for quite a while, which is odd. He usually comes around for scritches

sorry guys, I've just had a bit of a blue week, so I haven't been keeping up
with you all!! I've just panicked and decided to catch up with posting as we
have a category 4 heading our way and likely will be offline for a few days.
So I just read all your posts, but I can't reply ...
Purrs for Linda20 Mar 2006 00:14 GMT24
I would like to request purrs for Linda at the passing of her beloved

He passed to the Bridge yesterday after being relieved of his suffering
from advanced cancer and diabetes.  Linda is heartbroken.  Rest ...

With the forecast of a lighter wind, we left the dock at 8:30 a.m.
However, the forecast was a little too optimistic and we slogged along
for 7.5 windy hours.  I sat in the cabin with the kitties most of the

peasant dish.  Grandma Hannah Smith Douglas Brown used to make it and it
will be dinner tonight.

Little Boy tends to bite when he gets playful, and I've been trying
to break him of this.
That usually involves:

currency conversion questions19 Mar 2006 13:35 GMT18
I know the answers to these questions are temporary since these things

Also, how does 5.99 EUR translate to American dollars?
R.I.P. Friesian Mare Gerda (OT)19 Mar 2006 11:52 GMT20
I got a call from Gloria very early this morning. Gerda
(http://friesianlover.com/gerda.html) died giving birth to her foal, which
was breech and also did not survive. You don't wanna know the gory details.
I could have waited another hour or so to hear them myself....
