Tooth purrs?16 Feb 2006 18:59 GMT17
Can I get some lower jaw purrs?  I have a tooth that looks well on its
way to being abscessed (ew!) and I have not been able to get hold of
my dentist!  Could I please get some purrs that either my dentist
turns up, or this thing just spontaeously disappears?  OR maybe both?
Abby's anniversary16 Feb 2006 18:55 GMT11
Eight years ago today Abby came to her forever home with us.
We were looking for a friend/play mate for Cinnamon and I had called the
shelter that we got Cinnamon from. They told me they had a cat that was just
rescued and would make a good play mate for Cinnamon. The lady that ...
Spaz and her kittens16 Feb 2006 18:39 GMT20
Since there has been some dear losses in this group I thought I'd share some
joy.  My friend's cat had 9 kittens 4 days ago.  I went over there yesterday
to see the babies.  Here's a link to my Yahoo photo album of Spaz and her
kits.
The Food Game16 Feb 2006 18:06 GMT27
Both my cats arrived as strays, although KFC had deliberately moved out from
a neighbour's house, so that's a moot point.
Both of them gobbled up any food I provided and enjoyed it.  Supermarket own
brand was delicious. Disappeared in a trice.  Yummy!
Help with master training16 Feb 2006 13:42 GMT3
DH came home the other night to find Tank perched on top of THE corner
cupboard.  THE corner cupboard is a family heirloom built by hand in the
early 1800s, worth several thousand dollars.  After determining he did not
climb it DH sat back to see how he would get down.  Apparently ...

On the doorstep16 Feb 2006 11:24 GMT13
Fed Waffles and she's meowed to go outside. So I open the front door and
what do we find sitting right in the middle of the doorstep? A huge green
frog. Froggie is perfectly at ease, just sitting there... staring...Waffles
sniffs Froggie, and Froggie is not bothered. Neither is ...

finishes work this afternoon he's gonig to drive on over to Coconut
Creek and bring her home :) Good thing I've been kitten-proofing the
Very unhappy cat16 Feb 2006 04:15 GMT10
Just saw my 3 year old walk in carrying Cougar....who had look of extreme
displeasure on her face!!! Cougar detests children, and has scratched him
several times for not giving her enough respect, so for her to allow him to
carry her at all is very unusual!! Needless to say he ...
CNN reports on possible health hazards to d*gs from Greenies16 Feb 2006 03:29 GMT4
CNN has a report today (both a print version and a video report) that says
there have been dozens of cases of life-threatening obstruction in d*gs
(including some deaths) that have been traced to partially-digested
Greenies.  The manufacturer denies that there is any danger, and ...
Nap or food16 Feb 2006 02:50 GMT10
Last night I came home a little earlier than usual.  Betty came to
greet me, then ran off meowing.  She usually circles back a few
moments later, still meowing.  Apparently, she needs to inform all the
greeblings when daddy arrives.

Taming Ferals15 Feb 2006 22:26 GMT13
I feed about a dozen young feral kitties. These are true ferals, not
strays. They were born outside in the brush and have never been handled
by humans. I would like to bring a couple of them in and have them join
the family, but they are quite wary.
