Life is GUD!19 Feb 2006 00:24 GMT2
My Hoomins ordered the Pizza tonite.
I was snoozing in my luxurious throne when I smelled the Pepperoni. Ah, the
Pizza. I raised my regal head out of the deep chair so Butt Face (my luvin
Hoomin) could see me. Ah GUD, BF has noticed me. So I raised my nose at him
Is it good or bad for the new cats to stare at each other silently?18 Feb 2006 22:58 GMT17
Scouty and Silver have taken to sitting outside the closed spare room
door and staring at it... they KNOW that Tessie is in there and
they're not sure how they feel about it. They seem to be taking things
a lot more calmly then they did last week (probably because we took

Hello everyone!! Well I've finally managed to get a blog together for the

such heights, he has inspired them to become true ...
Basho gets zapped!17 Feb 2006 21:23 GMT5
We finally got winter going here in Central Texas, which means it's cold
(for us) and dry. I noticed there's a lot of static electricity
discharging all over. Basho jumped on my chest, like he always does, and
started purring his little head off. I was petting him and decided to

The title of this blog says it all. Fleas gets a lot'a crazy questions
to his inbox, and this week's Housecat Wisdom features one of the many.
You can probably guess what it's about, but why not take a peek and
Diarrhea and then constipation?17 Feb 2006 08:33 GMT8
Some of you may remember that my mom's 8 yo female longhair had a sore
on her right hind leg.  Several months ago, after changing a hard food
formulation food too quickly she developed diarrhea which solved itself
in about two weeks.
Another way to nuzzle17 Feb 2006 05:18 GMT4
Last night Little Boy wanted to be picked up and cuddled, so I did.
He snuggled up against me, touched noses, and cuddled into my neck. I
heard a nice rumbly purr in my ear, as he nuzzled me.
Then all of a sudden, he sneezes! Directly into my ear.
Parenting and pets17 Feb 2006 02:12 GMT2
So after a very rough night with DD last night, I finally let her sleep
next to me (for the 1st time) and as we were drifting off to sleep, it
occurred to me that sleeping with cats had prepared me pretty well for
this: a small being taking up a disproportionate amount of space ...
Ouch16 Feb 2006 23:51 GMT6
Hasn't been a good few weeks.
I've been typing one-handed, when I've been able to get my butt
upstairs. I fell down at work shortly after the new year and ended up
with an evil ankle sprain and a busted wrist. Just below the thumb, one
[BW] Silly Hoomins16 Feb 2006 20:43 GMT15
"Juliet, why are our meowmies crying?"
"Because they can't see you any more, silly Romeo"
"What do you mean? I am right here. I *know* I am right here. How can I not
be here if I am talking to you?"
