Lily is growing up. :o)
I found a baby canine fanglet on the carpet this morning. So, I had a
look in Lilys mouth and it seems that her adult teeth are coming
through. My little girl is growing up! She's also getting spayed in 2

Canadian Wisdom Chant
I would like to share an old Native Canadian chant. Each year during the
first week of February , the Native Canadians would wake up at sunrise

Can't Find Abelard07 Feb 2006 05:16 GMT19
He left yesterday (Saturday) morning and hasn't been seen since. When it's
cold out he doesn't stay out longer than it takes to relieve himself, and it
was very cold yesterday and last night, so I am majorly worried. I just
finished a long walk & search (with Tommy & Eli tagging ...
I found him. It was my fault!07 Feb 2006 05:03 GMT13
Abelard was locked in my ex's old van that I was using for storage. I had
emptied it out Saturday afternoon and moved the stuff into the garage at the
house I'm moving to. My neighbor was here at the time and he closed up the
van without checking it for cats first. I never ...
Abelard still not home07 Feb 2006 04:27 GMT13
I'm going out again to walk around and call him.
Baby Eyes has been acting very concerned, too. For the last week or so she
has been mothering him a lot and it's quite clear that she misses him. She
has been sticking close to me all day. She comes running as if by ESP
Baby Eyes has flipped her wig07 Feb 2006 04:08 GMT2
She has started trying to bury *everything* in sight.
In the last few minutes she has tried to bury: a package of envelopes;
a videocassette; a folded paper bag; a stack of bowls; dubbing cables; a
pillow; one of her sisal scratchers; a plastic bag containing a box of

Strange food fetishes07 Feb 2006 00:41 GMT23
Does anyone else's cat have a strange food fetish? My two new meezers are,
well, strange. Cougar has a real taste for vegetables. every week it's a new
one. So far we have broccoli, peas, and raw potato. I don't cook our vegies
in sauce, just steamed, so it seems she actually ...
Meow, said the cat...07 Feb 2006 00:19 GMT2
John had a light day today so I went with him and waited in the car
while he did his one stop, then we went to the banks and reshuffled a
bit more money in the accounts... we were home by two so after lunch
he lay down to snooze and I played Bubbels on the computer. About five
My old coat (not OT)06 Feb 2006 22:40 GMT11
Like a lot of farming type people I have an old coat (an ancient donkey
jacket) that I wear to do my chicken chores every day.
It's pretty disgusting really.  One arm is hanging off, and I've used it
plenty to wipe my fingers off from chicken poo.

i've had a migraine since friday morning.it's sat. nite now, and I can
barely see the monitor. my left eye is blind, and most of my right eye.
i haven't had a migraine for 10 or 15 tears, and the meds I have expired

Any candles to spare?06 Feb 2006 21:40 GMT13
It's a year today since I had to have darling Pericles pts and the
memory and the loss are as painful as ever.
I'd like to think he wasn't being forgotten, so if you have a candle for
him it'd be appreciated.
